If you haven't tried Starbird chicken, you should! We got a small family pack for 3 people and a child and we ended up having enough left over for another meal for 2 people. We added 2 orders of fries and a strawberry lemonade and regular lemonade.20 wings: highly recommend the Buffalo wings here. The bone in are juicy and well seasoned and dip well with the ranch. We did also try the orange glaze which is more tangy and more orange-y than Panda Express orange chicken and I really did not enjoy this flavor. 10 tenders: the tenders were well seasoned and I loved dipping them in both the starbird sauce and ranch! It is slightly dry though so you will have to make sure you have sauce.slaw: comes with the family pack. It is kale based but I was not a fan of it. Not enough flavor and overly creamy sauce. I would probably just order chicken platters instead.large lemonade ($2.97): both were slightly too tangy and sour. I had to add some water and sugar to it so I wouldn't recommend getting unless you want concentrated lemonade.the fries ($3.97) were delicious and the toddler devoured them! I really enjoyed dipping these in the sauces as well.We ordered this through DoorDash so the chicken definitely could've been crispier but overall the food came fast and it came on a plastic platter you get to keep for future family feasts!

Got the gardenbird sandwich which was overall good. I do have to say that the "chicken" lacked flavor. I normally get the garden bird tenders which have alot more flavor. I would get this again and add more avocado spread

This review is for customer service. We arrived about 940ish and was greeted when we walked to the counter. It was our first time so we were just looking at the menu for a couple minutes then we started to order. Several sandwiches, chicken fingers and an order of wings plus some dessert. Cashier said for here or to go? We said here (we just got into town and was driving for a while thought it would be nice to sit and eat for a few). Fast forward a little bit our food is ready and it's all packaged to go, we said for here? A different employee says well we close in 7 minutes so you have to take it to go ... there is another table sitting down still eating so unless he's gonna kick them out who cares? We said we told you guys for here and no one said anything? He said well if you can be done in 2 minutes you can eat it here LOL ok buddyWe sat down and started eating anyways, they were sweeping and stacking chairs around us which was fine we didn't care it was just the rudeness of not being told, we left a 20% tip, then being forced to leave basically? Totally unprofessional but when you have a bunch of kids running your restaurant that don't care about your return business and can't wait to close your store, that's what you get. What a joke. Food was just ok, wing were super greasy for being plain. The chicken tenders looked good I didn't eat them. The chicken sandwiches were just ok too nothing wrong but based on the service alone we wouldn't be returning. Thanks but customer service is more important than a chicken tender.

It's been some time since coming here, but on a adventure to Foster City Costco, I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did.The Korean Chicken Sandwich was a subtle but nice flavor, and at a very good price point. The Thai salad was extremely tasty and a very good size for 2 people to share (or 1 very hungry person to be satisfied).I was intrigued by the wings, and I like the ability to order half bone-in/half boneless with two different flavors (far more flexibility than Wingstop, and cheaper per wing). The Thai sauce was very tasty, with a good spice and sweetness. The best parts were the craft soda choices that your can grab and refill yourself, very clean and open interior, and the staff. I give kudos to the guy at the register who told me to wait while he checked. He took out each item to check it off the receipt and made sure that the order was completely in the bag. That alone was enough to make me excited to come back again.

So we went to the city for our usual monthly trip. We stopped here for dinner heading home. I got a Green Goddess salad- spicy Crispy Chicken, gorgonzola, pickled red onion, avocado mash, tomatoes, radish, egg, with Green Goddess Dressing on the side. My husband had the truffle fries and tenders. The food was so good, service is quick and good the staff are friendly and patient. The ambiance is typical like any other food place but it was clean and everything was organized. Bonus: the restroom was clean. All in all, great spot

Me and my wife came to Starbird for dinner. We entered the restaurant and the ambiance was amazing. The restaurant is very customer service friendly. Customer service was great and very helpful. My wife order green goddess Cobb salad with chicken with extra seasoning. My wife loved her salad and said it was very flavorful/delicious. I ordered sweet Thai tender box which came with truffle fries. The tenders were phenomenal and very flavorful. Me and my wife loved the truffle fries. If you are a chicken lover this is a place to go.

I had a promo code for $10 off at Starbird and happened to be in the neighborhood, so I headed that way and opened up the app on my phone. I had already arrived by the time I figured out what to order: the Starbird 2.0 sandwich. I chose no utensils because I didn't need them. I did, however, select napkins -- two of them -- since I knew my sandwich would be a little messy. As you can see in the photo, there were no napkins in the bag.My order was ready just a little too quickly -- not that I wanted to wait a while, but the fact that it came out just a couple minutes later and well before the pickup time listed in my email confirmation made me feel like it was ready when I walked in and they were just waiting for someone to order that kind of sandwich. The sandwich was okay -- perhaps worthy of three stars -- but the lack of attention to detail with the napkins, my lack of confidence in its freshness, and the promo code not working drops this experience to two stars. I even reached out to Starbird that same day to let them know about the promo code issue and have yet to hear back almost a week later. I'm not impressed.

New Chicken sandwich only review.Let me start by saying I rarely got the old chicken sandwiches here with bread because it was terrible. Their dutch crunch option they added later is an insult to the name. There was no crunch and it was dry as heck. I would always get the old one lettuce wrapped because of that.Seoul chicken sandwich - the bread is much better, not even close. Huge improvement here. It is soft on the outside and slightly toasted on the inside. Holds up really well. The chicken has changed inside. The exterior is darker and lighter, but not as crunchy because of the thing exterior. Inside is still good, but seems less thick in the ends but just as thick as before in the center. Overall flavor was good, but think I should have gone with the starbird 2.0 for a better comparison as that's what I used to get veggies and sauce were all good. Overall I'd say the new sandwich is an improvement over the old one, but has trouble competing against Popeyes on flavor and chicken.

Call it food! They have the best fries I've ever had! No kidding. I also believe their sauces are handmade because my blue cheese had bites and they were very rich and delicious! I recommend their signature star sauce. No service, which is normal for a fast food chain. All in all, I was satisfied and want to go to them again!

The salad is typically good but I got a sandwich that was drenched in sauce . I couldn't even bite into it before cleaning up a mess. That's disgusting. definitely not worth $10. No longer a customer.
I have no idea why the chicken in my salad tasted like fish but it was disgusting. I'm not sure if there is fish on the menu but if so please don't re-use fry oil from fish for anything else but fish.

The chicken chop salad is phenomenal. Best Tater Tots around (hidden menu). The staff are super polite and your food gets served quick.

Jr Yelper picked up some chicken to try and brought it home. We had chicken wings, tenders and a chicken sandwich. We tried the Parmesan wings and found it to be nice and crunchy but not like regular fried chicken. The coating was more similar to rice flour. As if you breaded it with shrimp chips. I liked the Nashville chicken wing, not spicy at all and even better with the ranch dipping sauce. The chicken tenders was not so great. The coating reminded me of the Shake and Bake boxed coating you get at the supermarket. The tater tots were the same as if you bought packaged frozen Ore Ida tots, I would skip. The kale salad was bland. On a return trip, I would stick with the wings and skip the others. They opened a Starbird at the Corte Madera mall too.

A great stop if you're looking for something quick to eat. There's a variety of bowls and salads and the chicken is soft and crispy. I tried the katsu salad and the portion was huge!

Ohkay! So my last review I talked about the rushing well. I just need to say my tacos were almost to cute to eat! My family said the fries were bomb! And this pom-crann-limmm drink is beyond refreshing.
