I’m not sure why we keep ordering here probably because it’s the closest one. We like chipotle but not this one. It’s always a mess and the pre order is always late by 20/30 minutes if not more.

They open late on the door it says 10:30am but they open like 11:10am I was behind the door and even they don’t say sorry for waiting the give me an attitude specially the Spanish lady I think she is the manager she acts like she the doing me a favor no customer service, the problem is management the worker are nice specially the once serving customers

Wildly unprofessional staff. Taking photos of customers. Fighting with customers. Store manager is completely incompetent. Was standing in line for more than 30mins and then abruptly shouted that they are not accepting any more orders. Will never come to this location again.

I love chipotle, but just not the one in Fremont, mowry. The food is always bad, they always run out of some ingredient in my order, and they don't care about it either. I love every other chipotle bowl I've had, but this.

I clearly asked for chicken and extra steak as usual, but the girl helping did not hear me as she gave two scoops of chicken. I repeated myself yet again as I did when I asked for black beans. She called the manager right after, and the manager said they would have to remake the entire bowl from scratch if I wanted any steak in my bowl after I asked for a little steak. They then took the bowl to the back to be tossed and said "it's ok" I disagreed her statement about intentionally wasting perfectly fine food and left. Congrats, on losing 8 oz of Chicken, 8oz of rice and beans, and a customer just to save 2oz of steak instead of solving your employee's error reasonably and getting a sale of over $20 (plus chips and guac). Terrible management and message!

I am completely blown away at what happen tonight. I got in line behind about 15 people to order take out on my way home from a workout. The line is barely moving. Then I'm picking up on people asking for items but are told they are out saying "Don't know when we will have more ready"! As I get closer to the counter, more people are leaving without food. I look in the window 90% of the containers are empty. I ask for a carnitas burrito. She says were are out. I ask what do you have? She says the only protein they have is a few cups of chicken. There is NO : BEEF, CARNITAS, BROWN RICE, BEANS...BLACK OR OTHERWISE, cooked Veggies, nothing! And has no idea when it would be ready! ? People start saying from the back of the line, "They are out of everything". Everyone's headed for the door. People are in the parking lot pissed. We stood in line for at least 25 min and the staff is saying nothing to the fact they have a counter of empty containers. Mind you, its only 7:10pm. Whom ever the manager is should be fired! SERIOUSLY, you should know when you are low on food items. Don't waste our time. Put a sign on the door and shut it down.
