Landed at Chipotle at 7pm and after ordering 5 bowls they say we ran out of Lettuce and there is no other replacements allowed. So much for fake publicity on serving everything fresh when there is nothing to serve. 15 grocery stores within 5 mile radius who sell lettuce yet these guys have utmost high standards on WE DONT CARRY FREEZERS….

Employees were super rude before I was able to pick up the order, and they made the burrito so badly that it seems like they have never set foot in a kitchen let alone cooked, the tortilla was somehow stale at the edges despite the tortilla looking uncooked, they put all the sour cream at the bottom of the burrito, less than a handful of lettuce, and gave s super small container of queso when I ordered the large chips and queso. The crew on Saturday January 13th evening has no idea what they are doing and are beyond incompetent and rude.

This is the worst Chipotle in the area. They give min serving and very stingy about giving food. You can count how many strings of cheese they throw in. The burrito they make is more like a skinny wrap than an actual burrito. The rice they put in a burrito was so stingy it probably add up to two table spoon. When ever u ask for them to add more they said they will charge extra. I typically only order 3-4 items to go into the burrito bowl. It is ridiculous. This is not the right way to do business.

Vege bowl- Rice ok, Fajita - sorry out, Sour cream - Sorry out, Guacamole - Sorry out. I finally came out with Rice, Black beans, corn and Lettuce.Half the things were not there at Mowry, Fremont store and I still paid the full price.Chipotle is cheating the customers by not serving half the items and still charging the full price. This has happened more than 10 times in this year.I think they have found out the way to maximize the profit by fooling customers.

This is the worst place. I would never order from this place again. I was missing items on my online orders because they don't check it before packing it. I've ordered through DoorDash and they forgot my utensil.

This is about the stingiest Chipotle I've ever been to in the bay area! I'm not sure what they're thinking... they skimp out on the most basic ingredients like rice. Do NOT buy from this location, avoid this place. They charge extra for asking for more corn, cheese, salsa etc. They finger pinch (once) cheese into your bowl and burrito and if you ask for extra, they charge you extra for additional pinch of cheese. This place is a joke. In anger about hearing the extra charge on extra rice, i asked for more rice instead. I kid you not, the person behind the counter literally scooped 5 grains of rice into my bowl. This is by far the weirdest chipotle in the twilight zone
