Told me they don't do hot drinks when it's on the menu. This is the worst happy lemon in the bay. Fire all the staff that worked 11/18/2023 @ 4PM, and retrain on the menu and customer service.

Reached around 8:45 pm, there were two staff, neither of them smiled or greeted or not even a word, didn’t even ask why I wanted, the lady just had a cold attitude and I asked for bubble waffles and she said no, didn’t care to give a reason.

This location should be called Pissy Lemon because this boy in the glasses is always pissed off. Super rude for no reason, constantly berates staff members, and treats customers like they are beneath him. Not only was he rude, he doesn't even do the bare minimum; he's constantly on the computer, the drinks he gave us were wrong, he didn't give us cup holders (we had to reach over the counter to grab it ourselves), and yells at staff members in front of customers. I understand that you make penny change at this part-time job but you don't have to treat everyone else like garbage just because your life is miserable. If you don't like your job, then quit and give it to someone else that wants to work there. Never going back to this location if this boy still works there.

It was hot today and I was in the area craving some boba. I came in between 3:30-4:00 PM. Unsure why this location reviews so well. Service was efficient. I wouldn't say the young man was friendly or welcoming by any means, but I ordered and received my drink in a timely manner. The center screen with the menu is messed up and in general, the aesthetic of this store could be improved. Final gripe: there's a bathroom but there's a sign on the door indicating it's out of order. I have a feeling the bathroom is always "out of order" to customers.

I have been to happy lemons all over the Bay Area and I only order one specific drink here - the B3. It's a blended lemon honey green tea drink and this location makes it consistently the best!!!

Very rude service, I think the server judge me by what I wear. I used to have good experience here but today I wore a old shirt and the server seems like don’t want to serve me, as soon as the people in front of me left she pulled a long face. I asked her what was the drink in the picture she said she can’t see the picture and don’t know what’s in there, even though I described what it looked like. Either she doesn’t know her own store’s picture or she just doesn’t want to serve me.
Terrible service! Do not bother to come here. Very rude employees. The tea it's not as good as other locations. This is by far the worse Happy Lemon store.

I concur with others' review on bad customer service. Not a lot of foot traffic when we came. Looks like the guys there are getting paid to play video games on their laptops. We felt like we were inconveniencing them like we were interrupting their personal time, instead of being met with good customer service.

We used to go here regularly b/c we like their drinks, but their service was always mediocre. Staff seems like they can't be bothered, and recently their service has gotten really unwelcoming. In particular, one cashier scowls at you as you walk into the shop and doesn't say a word. We felt that we were inconveniencing her with our order.
