I've been to Icy Blue a few times here in Fremont, after noticing that they offer milk tea drinks similar to the neighboring T4. I feel as if the Tea Quality is not up to par compared to other milk tea places in the area or even just in general. Also, the options for the drinks are really limited here, one of the only things they have going for them here are they give you the options of putting the tea in the bags rather than regular cups. Was a hot day and I spotted Icy Blue across the street and convinced my husband to come with me to share a tasty treat. We decided to get the oreo ice cream roll up which came with two oreo cookies on top and two chocolate pocky sticks. While the coldness of the ice cream felt good given the hot weather, I couldn't really taste the cookies n cream flavor off the bat because of how cold the ice cream was. Sounds weird right? This is another solid Boba place in the city filled with them! I got a sea salt cream green tea with brown sugar Boulevard. It's harder to find brown sugar Boba so I was happy to see that. They're small is affordable at less than four dollars. It tasted pretty good. They do have two dollars off their drinks but it only works for milk teas. They also do ice cream rolls.
