I came here on many occasions and at different times. Owners and managers are not the best at running this place. They still have a lot to learn about customer service and, again, running a restaurant. I tried to get coffee in the morning and only the chef and a few patrons were in. The chef didn't know how to make coffee and the owners were not even at work yet, after a hour past opening. Good food but the service seems inconsistent at best. Initially they were helpful but then disappeared. Some of the food came out pretty fast but the rest didn't arrive until most of the first people were close to done. Also, the Mongolian beef was basically Mongolian onions with a little beef.

This place is a derivative of the Tung Kee Noodle House that originated in San Jose. The name was changed for whatever reason but is basically the same restaurant. Soup is great and is all I ever eat here. However, pay attention to the flavor of the broth if you are a regular as the intensity or consistency tends to change over time. Make sure you let the kitchen know and they should adjust as necessary. Cash only so bring your bills!
