We recently ordered south Indian food for our house warming function and the food was awesome. The food was reasonably priced and tasty. Medhu vada and bisibelabat were out of the world.

Our group recently visted this place to have dinner after watching a movie. We asked the person in charge about chef special chettinad fish and this dish was a disaster. There was no salt and fish was undercooked and smelled as if it was gone bad.Even their mirchi bhaji was also pretty pretty bad.No taste to it.Their Vijayawada biryani is just okay.We didn’t finish food neither could pack it to take home as it was so bad. I don’t recommend this place at all for having good dinner.

Ok let me start off by saying something good. Their service. They gave us lot of complimentary food for the issue we had. The gravies tasted ok.Now on to the issue. We ordered Raju gari kodi pulao. The pulao we got is not Rajugari kodi pulao. And the chicken is RAW. Not undercooked. Its raw inside close to the bone. Now this is a celebratory lunch and we came here for the google menu items (kobbari annam mamsam kura). Its not there. I doubt its ever there. Then we got a complimentary entree. We ordered eggplant curry this time. Burnt and also very hard to eat.Im surprised to find a restaurant with this bad cooking and jeopardizing my health is still in business. Serving raw food is health hazard and an inexcusable mistake.

I should have read reviews here before ordering food from this place. I ordered Ambajipetta Mirchi bajji, Gongura Dal with Rice and Tindora fry. This was a pickup order. The order is simple enough and they are quite talented that they screwed this up on multiple levels.Customer Service Issues-1. They forgot to give me white rice but upon calling offered to deliver it to my home (thank you!) which means I couldn't eat the main course until I got the rice. I waited for a good 10-15 min in the front parking lot from the ETA that I was told.2. I was told that I would get a dessert as compensation and did not get it, I was okay with that.3. Then, I get home to finally start eating and I find that instead of Tindora fry, they gave me bhindi fry. I called up and asked , then they informed me that Tindora fry was unavailable so they just packed this. They said they tried to call me to inform me but couldn't reach (obviously huge lie since they were able to contact me for the white rice issue + I was there for picking up the food, could have told me then). Not once did they talk about offering a refund. All they said was sorry. Now about the food-1. Mirchi bajji- The mirchi bajji was not fried properly, imagine eating bajji batter with chilli.2. The bindi fry I got felt like it was made at least a few days ago, it was stale and soggy.3. The Gongura Dal I am not sure actually has gongura in it, it was sour tasting but couldn't spot even a single gongura leaf.Needless to say, I am never going back to this place again. What an epic waste of time and money.

TERRIBLE !!! We had ordered 2 curries with rotis and chapathis which they served half roasted frozen ones. We had to roast them ourselves to be able to eat them. This was awful. I would never order from this restaurant again. Wish i could give a 0 star.

Onion mirchi bajji was the worst. It wasn’t deep fried properly I can smell the raw flavor of the flour. Hakka noodles aren’t that great . Definitely not the worth of $ ??

I tried first time hear and I could say this is the number one worst Biryani I tasted in Fremont. I ordered Vijayawada Boneless chicken biryani and one Gongura Chicken Biryani. first of all I got both of them as Vijawada Boneless chicken biryani. This Boryani is too salty I could say this is not at all a biryani. The masala in biryani is higher percentage than rice. I thought accidentally they put more salt and I called them, he told he will check and let me know, but never get back to me.

The food is below average here. The Veg buffet has good items but are tasteless. Not enough veg appetizers in buffet. The curries lack taste. No Spice. Good Ambience. Dosa items are above average. All over not a great place if you have spicy cravings

I came hear with my sister and mom, This Place is the best Indian restaurant in Fremont to have Lunch Buffet. The buffet was tasty, filled with many south Indian delights that one doesn't usually see on a typical buffet. Staff is quiet but friendly. Definitely recommend. Great buffet restaurant, a bit crowded during the weekend. Get your table first! Vegetarian options are available ( about 60% of the menu). Very clean. Food is very fresh and taste Like home food. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommended to try.

Worst preparation ever. Ordered a Paneer Dosa. Dosa was soggy and cold. Sambar was bland. Coconut chutney was as thin as water. Absolutely zero

What is the German word for traveling all the way from Sunnyvale to Fremont to eat spicy chicken biryani at Konaseema but eventually getting to know that Konaseema is closed a day before and a new restaurant called Spicy Lounge is opened in its place which specializes in serving amazing Tandoori Chicken that can double up as tiny shock absorbers for heavy machinery, chicken biryani that can transform you to become life time member of PETA and go vegan, rotis which miraculously survived the pre-historic era and tastes exactly like that?
