This would've been a 3-4 star experience until I realized that they overcharged us for many of the items on the receipt. Some items at least 2 dollars per roll. If they've changed the prices, they should update their menu. Otherwise they should honor the prices they have. Also you get charged 18% gratuity for a big group but not sure that is posted anywhere.

This place is great! It very close to my workplace and I sometimes stop by for a quick dinner break or lunch before work. The owner and his family are very nice and always make me feel at home. The place looks busy on the outside with all the take-out and doordash orders, but they always manage to take care of their guests indoors. I usually get their chirashi bowl or saba shioyaki bento and both come super fresh. Recently, I stopped by for a quick break and ordered some nigiri. Some of the things i ordered were the ebi fry (my favorite, they did it great here) and they had toro at the time as well and they were both amazing. Would definitely come back again for it. On a side note, they've got a big screen tv that's always playing sports and a service robot, but I've never actually seen it work.

They have a huge menu. Normally, all their food is good but the chicken teriyaki was really dry. It was almost like eating jerky. They have this cute robot that delivers food except for anything soupy. The guy says he's afraid he might spill it. The service was great. This is my nephew's favorite Japanese, so I will order something else next time.

0/10 DO NOT COME HERE! LONG WAIT AND OTHER PEOPLE TAKE YOUR FOOD AND WALK OFF AND I HAD TO WAIT DOUBLE THAT AMOUNT OF TIME. I asked them no unagi or soy sauce on food because it contains a percentage of alcohol. And I even paid them extra money$$ as tip, so they can make sure no sauce. After an hour of a wait still there's so much sauce. I had to come back and the man in the front which is so rude, confused, and slow along with his lady partner are cussing me under their breathe in their Asian language. I asked them to fix it because I even tipped them and they said no. IN CONCLUSION THERE ARE WAY BETTER SUSHI PLACES IN FREMONT LIKE ANIKIS OR MJ SUSHI BUT MIKI BISTRO HAS THE WORSE SERVICE AND HAS WORSE STAFF.

Love their California rolls and the Lion King....my favorite sashimi place!!! Must check it out. Dine in welcome and the place is clean with friendly service!!!! Highly recommended.

Before covid this place was always full Of people dinning in . Now the take out option is the way to go. Easy to find and lots of parking. Friendly staff with all the covid precautions in place. I like the bento box lunch specials its the best bang for your buck. They serve generously and it comes with miso soup and salad and your choice of tempura or sushi. They give you a whole California roll in the bento box. Very affordably priced especially when you are buying for 4 people. My kids and husband all like it. Call ahead and pick up is very fast.

The hostess at the front is rude and unfriendly. I have to agree with another review. But there's a waiter who was super kind and attentive, so no worries. I love the environment here. It's a pretty restaurant that is very clean and pleasant to eat at. There was a robot that brought us food, which made my husband and I laugh. It was a cozy dinner for us. But I can comment that the food wasn't as delicious as some other sushi restaurants in town. For example, the ribs are too lean, hardly any meat on them. The sushi is average. But this place is fun, and the price affordable, so we will definitely return.

Horrible service. Long wait time. Waited almost 20 minutes for an order while there was almost no one inside dining in. We got mad due to how long it took then they proceeded to and they put my order last even though I was there before anyone else who was picking up.

Ordered from this poorly run business using online order feature through Yelp, my card was charged, went to the restaurant but the restaurant staff said no other was received. I showed them the screenshot of the order I placed through Yelp and was told they didn't receive an order. The staff said they don't have that feature through Yelp For online ordering and basically told me to dispute it with Yelp. So frustrating they didn't want to help even though I showed them the charge made to my bank. Called Yelp/grub hub and they couldn't help either...why would a restaurant be on Yelp, have the online order feature, allow customers to add items to the cart, pay for the order online, but tell the customer they don't use Yelp for online orders?!? Now I have to call my bank to dispute the charge, so annoying. Will never go back to this restaurant since they did not care to help or offer to make the food they clearly saw I paid for online!!

Enjoyed all the sushi from here. Loved the fried mochi, sweet potato fries. We ordered the dynamite sushi, hamachi deluxe roll, and Golden Gate roll. All finger licking delicious!

Sadly, this restaurant used to be really good, but the service is so bad I have to now give it one star. I have twice ordered through Door Dash and both times Door Dash screwed up. The management said that 'its not their problem" and that I'd have to follow up with DoorDash. HUH? They use DoorDash and I'm the one that gets screwed if the order doesn't arrive? NEVER AGAIN. Horrible customer service. Don't even bother - nothing to see here.

Waited for at least 5 min until someone acknowledged me. I placed an order online 75 min prior and notification said it would be ready in 25 min. I came an hour later and my food still was being made!! Bad customer service. To make up, woman offered me free edemame which I believe it is already free (like serving tortilla chips at a Mexican Restaurant). Update: she gave me an explanation that the hand roll and sushi roll I ordered gets made 15" prior and the other upon paying for "freshness", in addition to the fact they were busy. If that is the case, why can you order ahead of time? Why do they have DoorDash services?
