Love this pizza… it’s my favorite can’t wait to go back again plus lemonades are the best

Our order was messed up, and they did not have the pizzas ready after waiting for another 30 minutes. Pizzas looked cold, and it is a waste of time and money.

Every time I have gone here there is a girl who works there as a cashier and she always has attitude. If you hate your job that much, quit but customer service isn’t her forte. The pizza is good but not worth my sanity and a shift in my own attitude when there are rude workers.

Pizza had a unidentified thick white substance. Pizza was terrible and cold and wet but I still ate all of it.

Review is for an Uber Eats order. Ordered a Pizza Margherita and a build your own. I don't think I've ever written a food review before but this was so disappointing. The Margherita was basically a thin crust cheese pizza with a few sad, deflated cherry tomatoes sprinkled on every other slice. According to my partner "the first bite tasted like a pretty good frozen pizza". Will not be ordering from here again, at least not for delivery. The pizza was cold and wet (shivers). Anyway, I guess that's the price of delivery (along with the $18 that you end up accruing in taxes and fees).

The pizza was fantastic, but the service was so-so. Seemed better to order online and then pick up then come in.

Tasted better than it looks. The workers were a bit careless when putting the toppings. Not much you can expect from teenagers working for minimum wage.

Terrible pizza. I ordered a gluten free pizza because I have celiac disease. It's really difficult to find gluten free options at restaurants so I decided to order via DoorDash. I was better off ordering glorified hospital food from Panera Bread. Look at the pizza I was given to eat. How is this acceptable? The pizza was so burnt and hard they couldn't even cut it properly using their knife. So how could my human teeth chew and consume this? This is just lazy and disrespectful.

Two stars because I'm feeling generous, but more deserving of one star. This is my least favorite Pieology location, primarily because of the crappy customer service. The times we've been, it's all high school kids "working." This latest visit we stood at the counter to order for several minutes before someone acknowledged us, even though there were THREE workers standing right in front of us. The guy who came over didn't even greet us or say hi, welcome to pieology. Just stared at us without a word. Really weird and awkward. Pizza making was sloppy (way too much sauce and not enough cheese) but passable. Again, no smiles or eye contact from any of the people behind the counter. Got to the register and the cashier was just leaning next to the register, texting on his cell phone and ignoring us. It got awkward because other workers saw us waiting at the cash register and didn't say anything. The cashier (wearing a yellow hoodie) saw us at one point but didn't stop texting for several more minutes. I was about to walk away without paying when he finally spoke up and simply said, "what'd you order." No apologies or "thank you for waiting," none of that. Like, wth, how'd he even get a job here. We totally felt unwelcome as customers from start to finish. As we were waiting for the order and dining, I noticed the trash was overflowing, liquid was spilled on the floor and tables were dirty. No other customers but the workers didn't bother to take care of any of that. Instead I could see them behind the counter chatting, texting, watching stuff on their phones, scratching their heads repeatedly (one guy) and eating and drinking. I didn't feel like I was in any sort of dining establishment to be honest. Customer service sucks here and management needs to do a better job training the staff. And don't be cheap and just staff the place with high schoolers. Have an adult manager present to keep them on task. I worked in food service industry throughout high school and college and this never would have been ok. If there was downtime, we were expected to clean, restock and so on. If customers came in, we were supposed to make eye contact, smile and greet them. Obviously someone forgot to train the staff here.

Terrible terrible. Chicken bbq with no chicken and no bbq and smooshed all over the box. Don’t even think about it.

The pizza is pretty good but the kid that was making my pie was just piling stuff on without spreading it out. Come on maaaan. Pizza 101 don't you think?

It wasn't the best pizza, it wasn't the worst pizza either. It very much tastes just like its name, pieology. Unfortunately, making pizza is more of an art form than a science. The pizza was well enough cooked, with all the toppings that I liked, but it just didn't seem to have any real flavor behind it. Couldn't put my finger on exactly what it was, but it just didn't feel like anyone had to put him to love into it.

Great service and the website is user-friendly. Kids love the pizzas and we'll definitely go back again for more. A little over baked on the side of the crust but overall very satisfying.

Had a long day at work and decided to order online for pick up vs waiting in line this time. I usually check all my food before leaving the restaurant but I was tired and didn't open the pizza box until I got home. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered two pizzas and one was so small that there was probably more box than pizza. Also, as you can see in the picture, the bottom half has nothing but sauce for the most part. The other pizza was a bit bigger but maybe it's because I paid extra for a thick crust? But regardless, that one barely had any toppings as well. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED and I'm STILL HUNGRY!

Service really needs to be improved. I order pizza on the app and set up the pickup time at 11h15 which is the good time to deliver for my daughter's lunch. it was OK in the past. Today I didn't get the pizza until 11h35. I can understand they might be short of hands today and all I needed was one "Sorry". But there was none. Instead, they were just trying to find excuses. And the lady was confused with several orders and names. She gave me other's people's pizza, fortunately I took a look. I just don't think that was the right attitude for restaurant services.
