So I ordered through popeyes App. Me being DIABETIC I TOOK MY INSULIN AND WAITED FOR MY FOOD…After a hour I get a text saying my order was cancelled and to contact store. Also I check Popeyes app and it also said it was cancelled. I called DoorDash and they said Popeyes gave my order to wrong dasher. And cause I placed the order through Popeyes app, Popeyes would have to give me my refund. I call Popeyes and they don’t answer the phone!!! So I had to drive way to the store and they still didn’t wanna give me my money back saying I have to go through DoorDash. When DoorDash is saying Popeyes should give me a refund cause I placed order through the app. Only way I see this getting settled is through corporate. I hope that manager gets fired as now they took my money and gave my food to someone else. They stole from someone who is diabetic and I need my justice!!!!Dietary restrictions: Food needed but not received and they took my money

Horrible service! Mismanagement of orders and customers waiting in line for their order to be taken. Ordered sandwich and fries, and they served fries in a carry on bag. Orders were just left at the counter with no call outs. Never seen any fast food joint that mismanaged.

Presented a coupon and they rang me up a 35 dollar tab and I didn't see it until I arrived home and checked my bank account...! I only had a 11 dollar meal with a soft drink... they stole the remaining money they charged

The food was decent. The service was pretty bad. It took the staff a long time to gather my order when all of the food was already ready when I ordered. All they had to do was package the food. The a/c was on pretty high and set to a low temp. The restaurant felt like a refrigerator. There was also a large puddle of water on the floor right in front of the drink dispenser and all they did was cone off the area.
If I could give a negative rating I would lady at counter clearly misunderstood today or decided to give myself wife and our youngest what was available when my wife walked up to correct order she started yelling at my wife then co employees in Spanish p.s I know some Spanish negra bruhah means black witch I got up and lost it don't think all Americans or customers are dumb especially black women she over charged blamed us for messing up not one not two but 3! Items I called and emailed customer service no avail never go there again and she first got upset when I asked for sanitizer to clean a table because employees were sitting down with headphones plugged in acting like they didn't understand me been to Popeyes from Maine to Florida before this never experienced such unprofessional unhappy employees p.s.s food sucked raw and undercooked when they redid our order probably outta spite 12/23/2023

Extremely good service and staff. Steven and Syed they were really welcoming with best customer experience and I had an issue with the order which they understood and helped me with the order to make it satisfying.They accepted my request for fresh chicken which they said it's already fresh and batch keeps on rotating every 25 minutes but still they helped me with fresh food. And apple pies were juicy and fresh.This is my new spot for fried chicken in Fremont.

I got email from Popeyes that if I spend $5 I have 2 free chickens but I need to ordered it online which I did now I'm asking the cashier about it she said they can not g e me a chicken coz I did t ordered I told her and showed to her what's in the email she just ignored me and I told her I want to speak to a manger she ignored me a min then she call the manager then I found out that if I want to get the free chicken like what the Popeyes emails me I need to contact Popeyes to get that chicken.its frustrating coz this is my first time doing online ordering and spend $20 just to get the free even it's raining.they should give it magic if it shows in Popeyes adds .Popeyes adds are scammed they will send emails to get free item but they will give u hard time to get it.i regret ordering online and believing to their adds.do not trust Popeyes adds it's a scam they will only ask u to buy something to get the free but if u bought u will not get the free food that they told u in the email

My father and I walked up to the store tonight a couple minutes before closing to buy some chicken strips (12) for the family, which were already ready to be served but were denied. Another person walked up behind us and began conversating with the cashier in their native dialect after we tried ordering and were ignored and shut down. We then left without hesitation. We could tell they just didn't want to serve us, and probably wanted to take the chicken home for themselves.
