I spend $200 dollars worth of food and the food was so nasty the lobster was so chewy and flavorless, the fish and chips where so hard and could tell they fried them with dirty oil the fries where so dry everything was nasty !! I love red lobster but this location was the most nasty, flavorless food I have ever ate from all the red lobster I been to!! I was so disappointed and upset me and my family did not finish the food and felt I just threw away $200 I also notice the people next to us also left almost all the food and left !!!!!! Never going to this location again and I don’t recommend this location at all and also took so long to bring our food out almost 1 hour and they didn’t even had a lot of people!!!!!

The atmosphere when I walked in, it was so calming, dim lights, not too noisy and comforting. Very kind waitresses and waiters with laaarger portions than I expected.

Food quality has gone down the drain. The shrimp skewers were tasteless ,how can a chef not ads salt or pepper. There were 2 or 3 shrimps on the salmon shrimp meal for which they charged 33$. Sides were meh. Over all seems not worth the money. Better seafood restaurants ate there when u plan to slend 80+ on a couple dinner.

I had not been to Red Lobster in years. The food surprised mate as it was much better than I had remembered. I think they have stepped up their food game although I did not have any lobster I went with the endless shrimp option an it was delicious. The server was very friendly and responsive but service of the food seemed a little slow. It is possible that they may have been shorthanded in the kitchen.I would totally go back again.

The food was good, I loved the shrimp Alfredo, it was very flavorful!Service was horrible!! I understand we were a large party, but there were hardly any other customers, we booked well in advance and gave a deposit. It took 30min for our drink orders, another 30 to receive them. Then the server asked if we were ready to order, and we said yes, and all of a sudden, she disappeared and returned several minutes later. From the time we arrived and left, we were stuck there for 3 hrs! After we finished eating, we waited for the birthday dessert but gave up and left instead.Family members kindly spoke to Vanessa, the so-called manager, about our experience and she was very unprofessional and rude about it; she rolled her eyes and walked away in the middle of the conversation. This was my first time going to Red Lobster, and I enjoyed the food but will never go to this location again. No wonder it was basically empty for a Saturday evening!

We go to Red Lobster in Fremont every year for my son’s birthday. It has gotten progressively worse each year. Tonight was the LAST time! We will NEVER visit a Red Lobster again.TLDR: The service was awful! The food was overcooked, cold, and took forever to get to the table. The only thing they have going for them is their biscuits. The long story: We finally got seated 10 minutes after our reservation, which wouldn't have bothered us, except the restaurant was practically empty. Several minutes after we were seated, a waitress finally came over to take our drink order. We had already decided what we wanted to order, so we also gave her that information. She came by a couple minutes later with biscuits. Then we didn't see get for another 10 minutes, when she finally came by with our drinks, but forgot the straws, and said she'd be right back. 30 minutes later, some of our food came out and I asked for the straws again. The food was lukewarm and overcooked, and some of it was wrong and/or missing, like my bowl of soup. I didn't get my soup until 20 minutes later. Not once did anyone ask if we needed refills on our drinks. There was no checking up. We had to stop her a couple times to get what we needed. Otherwise we were being totally ignored. Mind you, the restaurant was practically empty. With tip, we paid $250 for dinner and it was awful. Our reservation was for 5:45 and we didn't get out of there until 7:15. The service gets worse every year. Never again!
