this is the worst location on the west coast. spent 250 dollars on party platters and 3 came with NO MEAT!!. when we called the store we were told we should've checked before we left. I wish i could give them o stars but....DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I've tried this subway now for a few months during lunch time and the two ladies are pretty good. I think their names are Mika and Dee and they always do a good job preparing the sandwiches for me during the lunch hour. I have a limited amount of time and even with sometimes a long line they get me in and out of there pretty fast.I think they are new the last few months because the previous people who use to work there I no longer see which is a good thing. So far so good.

I'd give 0 star if I couldI have never been to this Subway so I thought I'd go for lunch. Right after I entered, I got a weird feeling that the restaurant is empty in a busy shopping center. There are only 3 customers and no one was attending the restaurant. After about a minute, an India woman came to the bar. I asked her in a very nice way what bread do you have because all Subway restaurants I've been to have pictures of their breads, but this one doesn't. She screamed back at me with heavy accent, which I did not understand. So I said I am sorry. And she screamed back at me again. At this time, I just said never mind and left. I will never go to this place in the future. And the 3 people in the restaurant that witness the episode will probably not go back. The 1.5 stars on Google Maps review really don't lie.

Don't waste your time coming here. If I could give -5 stars I would. They are so cheap the amount of vegetable they put. I always get a footlong and they sprinkle very little like 3 pieces of each veggie. i try again and again to see if they changed but it's only same 2 ladies who don't know how to serve customer properly with attitude. It's like they bring their veggies from home and they trying to save their money. I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO PASEO PADRE FREMONT LOCATION.

Tried to get a man who needed some help a sandwich, but the staff was quite rude and curt to him, and acted as if he didn't deserve to be ordering.

I Dont trust them and will not go back.They would not let me use my coupon, and then charged me $1.00 for pickles.They charge you more money and not the prices on the signs??

This complaint is regarding three things. 1. Shelly the subway associate did not wash her hands, attempted to use the same gloves that were used at the register 2. I order an egg sandwich, Shelly said that is will be charged as a veggie patty 3. Refused to put more veggies and stated only comes with egg and cheese I have worked at subway prior and worked ethically. This type of behavior and not complying to subway protocol and minimal hand hygiene is required and poses a risk for the community.
I don't know why the reviews are bad so far i've had no problems. I work close by and recently started coming about a month ago and the ladies are very sweet. I will say sometimes they're very light on the sauce but I just ask them for extra and they don't mind. (:

Worst place ever the lady in the front. No customer service no nothing. I present a coupon that says Subway on it. I understand that they might not accept it but the way she talk to me when I show her the coupon as I have done something illegal don't recommend don't take your business over there. They don't care about customers they only care about profit and I don't think they're making any.

Rude older lady at the counter. Bread was very stale and rock solid. Gave me almost no meat or cheese. Literally the worst sandwich I’ve ever had.

came in at 11:10am - purchased veggie delight - 8.80$ with tax - Staff used old bread from yesterday - it was incredibly hardened bread - had to toss half of it away. I understand inflation is high but we ought to get quality food when paying top dollar for it - veggie delight used be 5.99 not to long ago. Please save your money and go to chiptole ,panera, pieology, panda express, boudin SF , all locations nearby and far better quality of food and consistency. i cant describe how disappointing the feeling is when you look forward to lunch, hoping its fresh and receive underhanded food - the level of disrespect is real - they dont care about the customer - they care about lining there pockets

When I came to report the worst experience I ever had, I am surprise to see I am not the only one.Reached store with my wife and two kids almost near to closing and started order. Old lady at counter started pushing us saying order fast we are closing. Everything we asked she was rude in her behaviour including when I asked whether they have soup for my kids. Her attitude was like- We are at her mercy to have food- She is giving us something for free.- Take it or get lost.I raised my concern that she is not behaving properly.If she is late and cannot serve me, its totally upto her. But if she decided to take my order, then she do not have any right to be rude to me. PERIOD
