Always such sweet and quality workers here at the store. Never had a bad experience in the many years of coming here for holiday hams. The hams are certainly priced at a premium, but for the quality and service provided, it's definitely worth it!
Vegetarian options: Some sides such as baked beans; all desserts

Best to prepay and pickup. I waited 45 minutes in line for sliced ham, when I got home they gave me 1/2 the amount I asked for I live 1/2 hour away so not driving back. Called to complain politely and was hung up on by staff. This is Easter but still very disappointing
Their sandwiches and baked beans are so good, the store is kept extremely clean, and I absolutely love the ham.

This is the 3rd year in a row that I have been coming here. This Fremont store is the worst one I have ever been to. I always order ahead of the Christmas rush. All 3 times I ordered two weeks before Christmas. I ordered Pecan pie ,dinner rolls, and a ham.All they had was the ham.Same thing 3 years in a row. What is the sense in pre-order if they never have it.What really made me upset was while I was waiting for the little girl to figure out how to ring it up because it wasn't the complete order I made the customer next to me got a Pecan pie with his order. How did that work.My wife thinks you have to pre pay. I don't see where that would make any difference. The little girl helping me was very unhelpful and seemed very frustrated. I wonder if she is tired of telling others like me that all they have is ham and that's it.Never going back to this establishment. I have gone to Pleasanton in the past and got everything I wanted there.I will go back there even though Fremont is a lot closer.Good ham TERRIBLE service. They ought to close it down.

Great service the ham was delicious
Anytime during the year the service is usually only ok, but at the holidays it just gets horrible, three registers all with trainees, one trainer, not one transaction able to be processed by trainees without trainer involved, trainer losing track of things, people interrupting my already stressed out training clerk with questions, trainees standing rigid with glazed eyes, line out door, people making rude comments in line. This was two weeks before Christmas. I guess my wish would be for holiday staff to be proficient prior to public facing duty.

We love there different types of food they have all.
Purchased a quarter ham and two sandwiches. Guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Way better experience than crazy holiday times. Food was better too. Still very pricey (hence 4 not 5 stars). Otherwise very good experience.
The ham and cranberry is good but, beware of the turkey! It's sandpaper dry!
Fast very friendly service ! Plus the Ham was smackin!!!?
Good portions. Very friendly service. Ham was good the stuffing was a little weird.
