The Port of Peri Peri in Fremont is an absolute gem and is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for delicious and flavorful food in a beautiful setting. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and excellent service. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a modern and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a fantastic dining experience. We had the pleasure of trying the peri fried chicken burger, chicken and rice bowl, and the 1/2 chicken with cassava fries. Each dish was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the cassava fries added a unique twist to the meal. While the cassava fries were a bit hard to bite into, the overall quality of the food and the ambiance of the restaurant more than made up for it. I highly recommend the Port of Peri Peri to anyone looking for a five-star dining experience in Fremont! We will definitely be returning to the Port of Peri Peri for more delicious meals in the future!

The Port of Peri Peri proved to be an intriguing culinary destination. After witnessing an enthusiastic TikTok food reviewer sing its praises, my curiosity was piqued. With no prior experience with Portuguese cuisine, my wife and I decided to give it a shot. As we stepped inside and placed our order at the counter, anticipation brewed. Our selection included indulgent messy fries, flavorful wings, and "The Burger." After a wait of approximately 20 minutes, the fries arrived, and they exceeded our expectations. The tantalizing combination of perfectly cooked fries and delectable sauce left us thoroughly impressed. The wings also garnered praise, boasting succulent chicken and a delightful sauce. However, "The Burger" failed to live up to its burger title, resembling more of a sandwich than the classic dish it purported to be. Though the flavor was commendable, the departure from traditional burger elements left me somewhat disappointed. Nevertheless, despite this minor setback, our overall dining experience was enjoyable.

AMAZING FOOD: I JUST REALIZED THE PLEASANTON ONE IS CLOSED :( the people at the Pleasanton one were not too friendly but I really didn’t care cause the chicken is great. So sad to see all the locations closing. They have really good food. No other peri peri place in the bay :(

Thoroughly enjoyed the Family Platter!!! We got the Lemon Herb and Hot flavors with sides - peri peri fries, special corn, coleslaw and rice. Enough food for party of 4. Simple and nice ambiance. Good service. Will be back again when in the area.
