Worst location in Fresno (Herndon/Millburn) Waited 30 minutes in the drive through line. Couldn't get out of the line with cars in front/behind. Staff was extremely rude and completely unapologetic of the extreme wait time for all in line. Order was incomplete. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I walked in here to try again, I repeat don't eat here customer service is the worst. They only take care of drive thru. No one helps at the front counter, they completely ignore you. If it was possible I would definitely give negative stars.

Abysmal customer service. The workers literally walked past us at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before finally taking our order. Afterwards I asked her what the code was to the restroom and she just pointed to the sign instead of just telling me. There was also a bum eating Little Caesars and blowing his coke-filled nose a good 20 times as we tried to enjoy our meal. I know working for minimum wage at a fast food joint sucks but iwould it kill you to at least try?

I love cheap Jack goodies, and the customer service is always good, but man does this place take forever to make your food. I've waited 15 minutes for small orders on my last two visits. One of the times was busy, and one of the times there were no other customers the entirety of the time I was there. I don't think I'll be back.

Just walked out because I was completely ignored. I walked into the inside of the restaurant and there were literally no customers. I stood at the register for like 5 minutes while there were staff talking to each other who clearly saw me and they just continued talking. They didn’t even tell me they’d be with me in a little while or acknowledge me besides looking in my direction. Hire better workers soon.
Lots of parking. Clean and presentable outside restaurant. I was greeted and helped by Cristina.She was friendly and brought my order to my table. There needs to be more employees like Cristina. It's rare to find employees like her. I ordered a sourdough jack and regular fries with a large fountain drink. Thank you Jack for awesome customer service at this location.
