Today I took my daughter to get some ice cream, we got helped by this very sweet lady by the name Gloria she was very helpful and patient with us she was very kind we will definitely come back!!

I bought 3 cups of ice cream and was given a roll of pennies in change. They apparently couldn't run to the bank in the daytime to get quarters, not even nickels. smh.

The truth is that before it had good quality, now they lowered it I asked for a tostiesquite and everything was bad except the sabritas ? the yellow cheese and the white cheese powder of super poor quality was really disgusting.

Came twice and both times my ice cream and corn tasted weird. Ask for a change and was denied because ice cream was 'new' so there shouldn't be any reason for it to taste off. When asked about the exchange policy she proceed to eat the same ice cream and say they don't do exchanges. She was rude for no reason except that we came in to buy.

Don't recommend this spot. Closing hours are 9pm, we arrived at 8:24pm they said they were only taking to go orders. Wouldn't prepare what we asked for and kicked us out at 8:45pm so they could close. Bad business!!

The super dirty place is run down from the moment you enter everything looks dirty. I ordered a corn with hotchetos and the hotchetos were stale and smelled super bad. They have a play area for small children which looks like they have never cleaned that area, it smells bad and is very dirty. I will never return to that place.

Its sad how understaffed this location has become. The two lady's who wrre there that afternoon were great and fast but i did take notice of how low of the quality of the food has become but how the prices continue to go up.

Everything was delicious especially the agua de pepino is so refreshing. I liked that the pork skins are not all soft and semi firm. They are also not all chopped up like other locations. Portions are decent for the pricing.

First time going to this store and it was a great experience. The workers are so polite and patient doing their best to provide us with recommendations on items based on our sweetness preferences. We ended getting quite a few items and they were all delicious. Definitely recommend trying out their mangonadas and corn cups. Items were definitely worth the price 10/10 they’ve earn a loyal customer.

The tostilocos are so poor of stuff. Not enough of fruit and peanuts all the good stuff or chips. Come on I know everything is expensive but stop being cheap...

My husband and I had a horrendous experience with the service and customer care at this establishment. We placed an order for esquites, tostilocos, and a mangoneada. The esquites were so salty that it felt like we were eating pure salt. The pork skins were submerged in murky water, smelled awful, and reeked of concentrated vinegar. Moreover, they were not cut into smaller pieces, which made the presentation even worse.

When my husband returned the next day to speak with a supervisor, the workers informed him they couldn't do anything since management wasn't present. One of the workers did try to contact management but couldn't reach anyone.

We asked for the names of the workers and the supervisor, but they refused to provide them. There was a complete lack of transparency, and they showed no willingness to rectify their mistakes or ensure customer satisfaction.

Additionally, we requested to see their business license, which is supposed to be publicly displayed, along with the food handlers' cards for the employees, but they did not show them. This is illegal.

To top it all off, the place was filthy! It was nothing like their competitor, Michoacana Premium, which excels in customer service, quality, and cleanliness.
