Came here on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty. I'm from the Bay Area and we have pretty good pho restaurants up north. I wasn't expecting amazing tasting pho like back home so I came in with pretty low expectations. Pros: - To my surprise the soup base was on point. Hands down BEST pho in town the broth is super delicious and authentic where you don't even need sriracha or hoisin sauce. This is def my new Pho spot. I can't wait to go back!
Stopped by here for lunch while I was working and the service was pretty fast. And this was around noon. The shop is small but it wasn't too bad. I ordered a regular size pho. It was not the biggest portion as regular size elsewhere but considering the location it makes sense. When I went up to pay, not sure if he's the owner.
