I find it hard that I can't make anyone there understand what half beans and half rice means on a plate. Instead of giving me mostly rice I would like half of that rice to be beans instead I get less beans and less rice which leaves me not much to eat. This has happened to me several times. I have diabetes and I don't want a plate full of rice, which they give. I want half beans and half rice not half of the beans and half of the rice????

They are not open til 2am as stated. I ordered on the app at 1am and got there at 1:04am and they were closed. Now I have to wait for a refund. It is very annoying. And it's not the first time they've been closed early. .

Walked in, didnt greet me jus looked at me and didnt say nothing. He aWas talkin to another tacobell employee that brought supplies. Stood around for a min and left out. Went back in i seen another couple standing there thought it was gonna be helpful. Same thing. So hard to find good service. Wasted my lunch comming here smh.

Drive thru order was made to perfection. Drive thru crew member sounded a bit annoyed taking our order but by the time we got to the window I realized how wrong I was. She was so helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond to make sure we would be satisfied with our order. I didn't catch her name but whomever was working the drive thru Sunday afternoon, at 3:16pm, thank you. She should be commended for her customer service skills.

Ordered on the ap yesterday- tbh I wanted 'pop yes' (Popeyes) but their ap is garbage so I opted for Taco Bell. Taco Bells ap is so easy to use, placed my order and went to pick it up. Upon arrival I was greeted with courtesy and told my order was almost done. Staff was soooo very nice and polite and the food was Great!! My order was correct and again- the food was very good! I guess that $20 hr wage increase made a difference! Ha ha ha

Skimp on anything the can skimp on employees are rude and rush you even if your the only one in the storei watched them give me half a pump of cheese sauce and when I asked if we could have a little extra the made a big deal about policy being 2 pumps when I said I watched them do it the turn to my girlfriend and asked if there was anything else she could help us with straight lied to my face and then ignored me their staff needs to be reevaluated
I came through the drive thru around 9:30pm Sat. 09/16/2023 to order for my family; we were coming home late from a funeral out of town and figured taco bell would be an easy, solid choice. I ordered the first 2 items and was met with a bad attitude immediately; and then I ordered 6 5-layer burritos and the response was "6? Really? Oh Jesus Christ! Anything else?!" I feel like this location is really driving itself into the ground at the fault of the staff. I obviously didn't order anything due the fear of someone spitting in my order just because it was somewhat large. The lady at the window with the crappy customer service was a white-trashy caucasian with brown hair and was kinda short and pudgy. She needs to be retrained or replaced or this location will remain empty while McDonald's next door takes all the business like it was tonight.

Not only did they purposely gave me a burrito with onions, the freeze was off when you can clearly see from the drive through it was working. the white girl with no chin gave me a watery drink and was acting weird, laughing. Sure enough it was cause I asked for no onions and I got home and there was A LOT of them in the burrito! I will come by tomorrow and speak with a manager! I just came to get food was polite and still had bad service. My bad YOU(the employee) work at tacobell! Now I see why the reviews are so bad!
