I placed a $30+ order through the drive thru and was told AT THE WINDOW, that if I wanted to pay with ApplePay then I could park and go inside the restaurant. I have a child with special needs and cannot just park, hop out of the car and run inside (which is why I was in the drive thru). The employee asked if I had my wallet and then told me I needed to pay with cash or a card. I just drove away at that point. It’s 2024, if you don’t accept ApplePay in the drive thru like your competitors do, then don’t advertise that you accept that form of payment. Also, idk why this TacoBell is ran so poorly but it is. It’s convenient for me as it is next to my house but between not having flexible payment options, RUDE customer service and messed up orders pretty consistently, it’s just not worth my time or effort even going here anymore.I will say that I like the location though.

Rudest manager ever crystal, came in at 7:05 they weren't ready while I waited for them to be ready they were rude telling me I can't wait in the drive thru, when I asked if I'm allowed to look at the menu while I wait they told me I needed to leave and come back in 15 minutes. “We only accept cash”???Who carries cash? I love Taco Bell and this is the closest to my house but there’s Always Some sort of problem and the cash thing has happened before. Feels shady as hell. I’ll drive a little further and skip this place in the future & save myself the aggravation.

Even though the order went through and I got charged they didn’t gave me the food because they stop serving breakfast and I place the order at 10:38 and the app says to before 10:45
Whenever I go here, my order is always wrong, and I have to end up going to a different Taco Bell now, because this Taco Bell is absolutely the worst. The service is horrible, the G, A, Y manager is very rude and doesn’t know how to train new employees because they always mess up my order so if you guys are trying to go here, save the trouble and go to the one on Armstrong bye Clovis High school because it’s way better and the service is 1 million times better

This is the slowest taco bell I've ever been to, it takes usually around 15-20 minutes to get your food even when they ate slow and orders are typically wrong, drinks are often forgotten about or they just put your food on the counter and don't call a name out.
