I went thru the drive thru last nite around 8pm and was looking at the menu. When The drive thru guy said he was ready to take our order, I told him I'm still looking at the menu and I would get his attention when I was ready to order. The drive thru guy asked me 3 times within @ minute telling me he was ready. There was no one behind me and I wasn't understanding why he was rushing me to order. So I ordered 6 cheesy bean and rice burritos for me and my kids. We get home and the burritos were mostly tortilla and hardly no cheese. Not only did the drive thru guy rush us to order with no one in the drive thru line but us, but we waited about 5 minutes to get these sad burritos. The location on cedar and Ventura does a way better job of making quality burritos.

Seeing them working on skeleton crew here makes me understand why my order of 3 items took 30+ minutes, but it doesn't excuse it. I don't know if the manager sucks or what. But if they are short staffed and it's not the manager's fault, I would think there would be a "hiring" sign up somewhere. Fast food is supposed to be fast, and this wasn't. Just go to a different place with better food if you're going to wait either way...

This Taco Bell is the worst one in Fresno. They take forever and even after you finally get the food it is made so poorly. Drive an extra mile to a different one, trust me.

Our food was thrown in a bag, which caused our quesadilla to slide to the end of its bag, looking like mush. When I asked to have it remade, I was given an attitude by a young female named Alejandra. Unbelievable.....
