my boyfriend brought home to-go albondigas soup and when i tell you this was some of the best soup i’ve ever had….i had to stop in the middle of eating it just to write this review to tell you how good it is. 10/10

Best cheese enchiladas around.

Omg, the best experience i had since I was in my 20's. Our bartender was amazing. The drinks were perfect not too soft, not too hard, just perfect. And the music along with great company, just made it better.

The salsa was excellent! Unique restaurant with Mexican food and Elvis memorabilia. Unbelievable. Highly recommend going to the downtown area of Garden Grove, especially during the regular car shows. Great drinks in the bar area.

Best BBQ we have found so far in Orange County...we tried 5 places when we landed on this place 3 years ago and keep coming back to Beach Pit. Love the food and atmosphere!
We always get the meat sampler. Get some of every meat plus 2 sides and cornbread and enough for us to share and have leftovers. Great way to save money and get a taste of everything for us seniors.

I love this place. Like most people, I stumbled across this gem, accidentally. I've been coming here since the early 2000s. The thing w reviews is, you really have to try it and make your own decisions. Everyone has an opinion and everyone has bad days. With that being said, the food is more authentic, than modern. Don't expect all those bells and whistles. Its mexican food, plain and simple. The atmosphere is more than worth it, but what do I know?
