Drank a Lychee Oolong Tea w/ boba at 50% sweetness and 50% ice. It was good. The thing that I liked about this place was that they don't use plastic straws. It might have been agave straws, which feels better and help saves the environment - a plus for them and us all.

Disappointed! Tried it once in Texas and wanted to try it during my trip to California. I got the green tea with strawberry cheese foam. It was too sugary and wasn't much taste of tea. If you want to try this, I recommend you to reduce the sugar level.

The service here is always quick! The workers are so nice and welcoming. Every time I come here, my drink is always made to perfection. My go to is the winter melon with fresh milk with either boba, white pearl, or pudding! I am always left satisfied when I get my boba fix here.

Make sure you call first about any promos. There's a back to school promo, at this location they required student ID, nothing on the promo indicates that (see pic).Go to Blackball down the street

LOVE Gong Cha! It's one of my favorite places I go to get my boba cravings fixed. Their panda milk tea and their strawberry milk tea are my favorites. Service is always great, and there are lots of options and customizations you can make to your drink. Of the times I've visited, I've never received a poorly tasting drink where it was watered down.

There's 101 tea places nearby and I've tried them all. For good quality tea, Gong cha is hands down the best. I usually get their oolong milk tea or oolong milk foam, what sets this place apart is the quality of the tea flavor. Also I like that they have alot of non-caffeinated options too.

Closed when I arrived at 1pm today. Only remaining Gong Cha's open are in Buena Park, Irvine, City of Industry, Cerritos, Convoy, Gardena, and Mira Mesa as of 4/21 according to IG!

Tried Gong Cha for my first time back in February. My boyfriend kept telling me about their strawberry milk tea, so I caved and tried it. I got the milk tea at 70% sugar, which was perfect for me. I like the strawberry bits in it, made it extra tasty. Drink was moderately priced, under $5. Would definitely come back again once I get the chance to!

My favorite black milk tea ("pearl milk tea" on their menu) is the one from Gong Cha. 70% sugar, 50% ice. I've introduced 5 non-boba drinkers to this drink and all are hooked on it now!!! I can't say much about their other drinks because I always reach for a black milk tea at any boba spot

They can improve by having the redeemable items in stock, every time I have a redeemable item pop up on my app, I arrive at the store that same day a few hours later and it’s out of stock. At this point I’m thinking you guys never stock, it’s only used as means to attract costumers back so we can buy again. This issue has been going since the store that I go to open @Thesource in Buena Park, it’s not something that recently has happened it’s something that I’ve seriously put thought into it and have gone many times to buy your drinks and the redeemable items are never there. Lack of stock is a store I wouldn’t recommend. It’s fails to fully satisfy your costumers as you always don’t have certain items being advertised or given away.

I had a great first experience at this location compared to the other reviews. I was greeted when I came in, even when there was no one else there, the cashier was very friendly. She didn't rush me to order, she had a smile on her face, which was nice for a customer because as a customer service person, a simple smile can bring joy to anyone who is having a tiring/bad day. So that's a plus in my eyes. As for my order: Wintermelon drink- can't really control the sweetness on this, but you can always ask to add more water to it. I just like to get it with 100% ice so that it can slowly dilute my drink. I love wintermelon drinks, especially from Gong Cha! I always get it with white pearl (aka crystal boba). It's crunchy and doesn't get hard when left in the fridge. It isn't soggy and it tends to keep its consistency regardless of temperature. Earl milk tea- 50% sweetness and 100% ice. It was yummy!!! I would definitely get this drink again! It's not watered down at all! Lychee oolong tea with white pearl- I had a taste of it and it was delicious!! Not too sweet. Final review: Pretty good! I recommend coming here to get their lychee oolong year with white pearl! My all time favorite here!

This place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. On top of that they have my favorite panda milk tea and the best homemade popcorn chicken ever!

The month of December found me in several boba shops over the course of the 4 weekends, as several fans were hosting events at boba shops to celebrate the birthdays of two BTS members - V and Jin. Gong Cha was one of those spots. I ordered one of the BTS renamed drinks, which was pretty much a medium taro milk tea ($4.25) set drink that came with strawberry foam (apparently it costs $0.75 extra). I asked if they can use my reusable cup and they obliged, and I noticed later on my receipt that they included a $0.10 cup discount. Nice! Drink was great, though the strawberry foam wasn't necessary for the added flavor. Drinks aside, I love how spacious Gong Cha is inside. Plenty of room for seating and for waiting for your order! And especially if you want to host a fan event, there is a good amount of space for it at Gong Cha. Parking is okay here with plaza parking. If it's full, there are some spots on the street. Don't forget to sign up for their Five Stars rewards program. Other than points towards free or discounted drinks, they offer some randomly cool stuff, like the boba tea lamp in December.

They recently added food to their menu and this place serves authentic popcorn chicken! Ive been told they make the chicken here fresh and it's not store-bought. It's tender and juicy. they have spices you can add onto, in the front by the straws if there's not enough spice. so far it's really good popcorn chicken and I place it high among other boba shops. They offer sweet & sour + ketchup to dip into too! They also serve fries here and I order it Cajun. It's really potatoey and that's worth the money in my opinion, the bigger and chunkier the fries, the more my tummy get fillled! Other than that, the drinks are great here. I usually order the black milk tea with herbal jelly and it taste fresh, I see staff rotate and make new teas every couple of hours so that's how you know it's really authentic. The store is huge and doesn't feel cramped and service is amazing. There are really nice people who they always greet whenever I come in and leave.
