service and food is great. just grab and go. no places to sit just go straight in from Brookhurst it is on your right hand side after you go in. tried the impossible chicken and impossible beef which is the meatless option and it tastes just like meat but not as salty!!! i absolutely loved the impossible beef... the texture, flavor and crunch was amazing. didn't feel heavy after which is a bonus. I have dined at Michelin restaurants and have tried this restaurant. It broke boundaries. The $/tastebud happiness are way better than any meal I have tried before. Beware this can be addictive.

As much as I want to love this place, it doesn't meet my expectations. It's not easy to find an authentic authentic nem places for people don't know the language and what the food supposed to taste like. I was hoping the nem roll at least having the green leaves in it, my coworker told me that's sugarcane, but it doesn't? Why it doesn't have the green leaves? Why?
