Tony the store manager took great care of me. I came in aggravated because my old machine wasn't working and had been back and forth with Nespresso phone customer service twice. I was ready to retire my use of Nespresso but assuming the new machine works as it should, they've regained a dedicated customer, thanks to Tony.

The customer service in Glendale are professional and very kind! They explained the taste of the coffee pods including the acidness, armoma, bitness, subtle smell and temperature. Also, they would suggest provide the milk suggestion based on your personal preference. If you are vertuo machine owner, don't worry about which capacity of the virtue pod fits your machine. They know it very well, so you don't need to worry about it. This environment is spacious and comfortable. Just follow the line they assigned. You won't miss out any product and the clerk could help you right the way. Overall, I really enjoy this purchase experience. The store make me purchase those pod with confidence I really appreciate their profession and patient.

Appreciate every single associate working at this store. The ambiance of the store is so warm and cozy not only due to the aroma of the coffee but also due to its amazing staff. Greg has always been an absolute sweetheart and a true gentleman. He listens to what I would like to purchase and he always goes above and beyond in his service. I’m always out of the store with a big grin on my face. I don’t drink coffee with additives and I’m particular with coffee choices and he always suggests the best. I walked in on Thursday night an hour before closing, took a little bit of time to get some service but then Makayla offered help. Another customer came into purchase pods so she let us know that she would grab them some pods quickly and come back to assist us. No problem with me. Her coworker I am unsure of his name said "How can I help you?" and I said "She's going to help us in a moment." to which his response was "she looks busy." So I let him know that we were interested in a machine however, we knew nothing about the product or where to even start. His response was "they all do the same thing. What color do you want?" I let him know that I wanted to continue to look around and wait for Makayla. Once she finished w/ the other customer she came over to help us and was amazing! She had a thorough response for EVERY single question we had. She provided us with details on the machines, coffee/espresso, frother, how to register it, EVERYTHING. She was truly lovely. Thank you so much!!!

Was out of an espresso coffee so took a real quick trip to the Glendale Nespresso boutique. Greg help me out and was one of the nicest guys that was very educated on coffee. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and gave me an expresso shot for the trip home. Then when I got home I saw he put a extra box of a variety of Nespresso pods. I was delighted. So glad that Nespresso boutique is in Glendale.

I live in Americana and I just stopped by to pick some coffee capsules.The shop looks nice and give me a coffee boutique vibe. They have many coffee machines displayed and I believe you can try some coffee too. The capsule menu is big and sometimes confusing. They have so many flavors and each cup size has it's own. I just wanted simple capsules with coffee with no added flavors. You can purchase minimum of 10 flavors each. Service was very quick on the weekdays I was in and out in 5 minutes.

We were gifted a Nespresso Vertuo so we visited this store to see all the things we can do with it. The Glendale store is closest to us, about 2 hours away.As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted and offered a sample. We declined the sample but wanted to look around.I felt like we couldn't look around. We were asked what we were looking for. We didn't know. We just wanted to see what else was Nespresso.We were rushed into making a purchase and not given the chance to look around. I heard there was a milk frother? Didn't get to see that until after we bought something.I kept trying to look at the menu and the sales lady would pull it away from me and tap her nails on it as she was explaining what everything was. That was super annoying! I had questions and she seemed annoyed to answer them.I guess this store is mainly for the experienced Nespresso junky. We are new to it and nobody had the patience for us. But we still left with a bunch of coffee since my husband loves his machine. We may trave further and try another store just to see what else there is to buy.P.S. we got a 2 pack sample of coffee which was a nice little surpris in our bag.
