Love that ombra paired up with amici. The menu is delicious from amici - we got the rib eye, broccolini and seafood pasta. For the cocktails the margarita and a beer. It's a bit on the pricier side for but you can't beat the ambiance on a summer night with the music, fountain and weather. If you like Gin, they have some really fun cocktails here you can make really pretty/picture worthy. Service is ok. Their website said they closed at ten on week nights but they were doing last call and said they closed at nine. Which I see yelp has correct, they should update the website.

Amazing service from Robert and the crew here at Ombra always a great experience here and the food is just amazing. The best drinks here is the Japanese penicillin, purple haze, and any really good drink that is handcrafted here. Cant get enough.

Convenient location at the heart of Americana. Food was great. Annoying was that the bill had a mandatory tip of 20%. Could not lower the tip amount. You have freedom to increase the tip.

nice little spot in the middle of a courtyard mall - good service and atmosphere. Got Caprese and soup and calamari's- good drinks as well

Located inside Americana, I can say food is good. We had the truffle pasta, it’s highly recommended. And also, considering the atmosphere of Americana itself, I recommend the outdoor seatings where there’s a bar as well.

Relaxing and nice atmosphere! The food was great as well! I got to eat outdoors while enjoying beautiful weather. The staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly!

Great ambience in this open-air patio with a bar and tables for parties of 2-4. I parked at the Galleria and walked over to the Americana on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Due to the limited table space, there was a wait of about 10-15 minutes. Luckily, my friend and I were seated in the shaded booth against the vibrant plant wall. Cue the 20-minute photo session! Our server was hilarious and joked that she didn't want to hear us complain about the food being cold.- Build Your Own Gin and Tonic ($16-21 depending on your choice of gin). I think I did the Amass Dry Gin with elderflower tonic and lemon + rosemary garnish. It was aesthetic and yummy. - Insalata di Barbabietole / Beet salad ($15.35). Tasty, and they did not skimp on the toppings. Mixed greens, roasted red and golden beets, blue cheese, candied pecans, green apples, and balsamic vinaigrette. I don't usually like beets, so I was pleasantly surprised that I preferred the golden beets.- Rigatoni alla Norcina / Creamy pasta with sausage ($18.95). Creamy and umami sauce with plenty of crumbled sausage and mushrooms. The fresh rigatoni was chewy, but some pieces were too al dente for me.
We went in to get drinks and an appetizer . We ordered calamari and Purple Haze drink. It was so good ! The drink and food and the servers were very nice with smiles on their faces . Definitely felt comfortable and welcomed and enjoyed my time eating there . I would definitely come back for that purple haze drink!!!

Service was slow and the server was impolite. Several times we waited for the cutlery and he was very unaccommodating. Food arrived cold. We ordered Agnello Scottaditto Alla Mostarda, Cioppino, Lasagna Classica which was dry and slightly burnt and carbonarra. Very discouraging experience.

3/12/23 - Seated at 12:20pm. Actually we had to seat ourselves because the server didn't feel like walking up to us at the host stand lol. There were only 3-4 other parties seated so it was a slow hour. Service was disappointing (they need proper training) and so was the food. I even had to flag one of the waiters down to ask for plates & silverware AFTER our appetizer came out - unacceptable. Do not waste your time and money here lol. The only pro of eating here is the outdoor ambience and drinks but that's it. We waited over 40 min just for 2 salads when it wasn't even busy. We also ordered roasted potatoes and they completely forgot about while we were eating our salads and I told them to just cancel it. Also found an insect on my tomato from my salad (see picture).Food here is BELOW mediocre. Cesar salad isn't even a real Cesar dressing - had too much of a Mayo base. Where are the anchovies?? Cracked pepper and salt?? How are you going to charge $20 for a salad that tastes worse than a Trader Joe's salad?! The chicken for the salad was also tasteless! Fried Calamari is bland and only the spicy marinara sauce that comes with it gives it some flavor, but we still ate it anyways because we were so hungry. I will never come back, not even for the drinks.

The food was below mediocre. When I ordered Amici Salad and asked the waiter if there was any meat she assured that it doesn't have meat. The salad came with sausage in it... I sent the salad back right away, didn't even take a bite. The waiter apologized and we ordered a different salad. Eventually they charged us for both salads. Very bizarre. Spaghettini Frutti do Mare was just ok, Lobster Ravioli were also meh. Definitely won't come back for food and definitely not coming back for not honest service.

I absolutely love this place. It's such a great stop in for a bite or drink while out shopping. The outdoor ambience is really nice, and would highly recommend the G&Ts and espresso martinis. The G&Ts are fun because you can mix and match your gin, and tonic, and garnishes. The servers are also extremely nice. I usually just get a salad or app for food but it's always good.
