We stopped there during holidays, as the Glendale Galleria food court and mall were packed. All employees wore masks and gloves and tried their best for customers in the hectic environment. Compared to white rice in Panda Express on N. Glendale Ave in the same neighborhood made too hard/dry, theirs was just right. What's excellent about this store is they kept/served their food hot, and even when they couldn't, they made up for it. My husband ordered Walnut Shrimp which had to be prepared as they just ran out of it, he was told it'd take a couple of minutes. My entrée and the rice were already placed in a container we were going to share. So we had to wait for his entrée to be added and after 7-8 minutes of wait I felt uncomfortable the food inside the styrofoam might be getting cold. I said nothing but the guy helping us just opened the container and added more of my Broccoli-Beef entree generously to its top! The second entrée arrived in 2 minutes; we veered out through the crowded long mall into the parking garage, sat into our car to eat - but amazing, the food was still hot warm! :)

Waited over 20mins for my teriyaki chicken when I was told it would take 10. By the time I got my order the Orange Chicken was old and cold and I had to have them replace it. My whole family was done eating before I ever got my food so I wasn't even able to fully enjoy it. Also, the front half of the dinning room was completely full and the back part was closed which makes no sense. To top it off the whole time I was waiting I could hear the guys in the kitchen yelling and cussing abd the manager just kept laughing. No at all professional! Never again will I eat at this location!

There is a god damn pebble in my fried rice...I would have sue them if I had a lawyer and plenty of times to spare suing them for 28 mil..

The panda across from golds gym is horrible. I've come several times and it is the worst panda I've ever been to. I always wait at least 20-30 minutes for my food as the chicken is NEVER ready. You would think someone would discount my food since it's happened so many times. The workers must just be used to it as they don't seem to care and just back the whole line right up. Absolutely awful!!!

The wait time is ridiculously long , had to wait 30 minutes to receive my order of Kung Pao chicken even though they told me It'd be out in 10 minutes and there was hardly any customers . I thought this was a "fast" food restaurant

I normally love panda express and have been to many of their restaurants throughout the US. This time, I came to the Glendale galleria and I was truly disappointed. First the lady (older Hispanic with drawn out eyebrows) who was serving me tried to scam me. I ordered 3 entrees and with chow mein. She put all 3 entrees and the chow mein in the container! Normally, it would be 2 entrees w/ chow mein and the 3rd entrée would be in a separate small container. No, she wanted to save money on the chow mein and only gave me half. Then if that wasn't bad enough, I take my order back to work and there's a hair in my food! I had to dump the entire container and order somewhere else! This was truly the worst experience I've ever had!

It is super crowded in this food court. The is located at the food court and it is extremely crowded. Low lighting in some spots and we had a bug situation where we sat i ended up throwing our food away. I dnt wanna risk getting sick over some leftovers. What can we say about the panda it's your average panda same ish diff mall.

this review is for the Panda across from Gold's gym.i came here tonight, super close to closing and the woman that served us was very nice and gave large portions and didn't give us any attitude for coming so close to closing. I really appreciated it, after a long workout and it being late my kids were hungry and we were in and out quickly. Thank you!

Fried rice taste like plain rice. Fried noodles are too oily than other locations. The management need to wake up and do their job.
Whoa, why so salty?! I generally love me some Panda Express. However, this location (3rd Level, adjacent to Gold's Gym) was not so good that day. After a successful shopping haul at Aveda and Torrid, it was time for lunch. After checking out the Food Court below, I decided to head up to Panda Express for lunch. I chose this location because they had their own restaurant and it was a bit more private, relaxing, chilled and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds below. I went with the $8.30 Two Items meal: Double Chow Mein + Orange Chicken + Chicken & Mushroom. As always, the Orange Chicken was fantastic and serving was plentiful. The pieces were big and juicy with the right amount of heat. However, the Chicken & Mushroom and Chow Mein left less to be desired. In the beginning, it tasted alright. However, towards the end, it got so salty that I ended up throwing away the remaining portions. I was really surprised with the Chow Mein since that it is usually bland. I guess the cook overloaded on salt because there was a bunch of patrons (including me) that was waiting on the Chow Mein. As for the Chicken & Mushroom, it's usually mild too, but the soy sauce was too much this time. *Sighs* I should've gotten the Shrimp & Walnuts in lieu of the Chicken & Mushroom. I also got a $2 Medium Drink, which help toned down the saltiness. Service: The employees were nice and friendly. Though, they got a little overwhelmed when waiting for the Chow Mein to replenish. Nonetheless, they got everyone's order out as soon as they got the Chow Mein. Ambience and Décor: Spacious and chilled inside the restaurant. They also have another dining room, but that one was closed off for a private party. There's a restroom inside, but I ended up using the one in Bloomingdale's since I was on my way back to the parking lot. Overall, it was the first time I had dined there and so I'm willing to come back for another shot before ruling them out completely.

This location in Glendale Galleria near Golds Gym was sooooo stingy! They tried to cheat me a couple of shrimps and it's intentional, she tried to hide the shrimps to all the veggies. I asked her "How many shrimp are you suppose to put?" she said 5 shrimps and I told her "Why did you put 3 shrimps?" then she added 2 more. But shes very quick to the way she closed the box, hmmm a magician! Which she didn't know I was observing her. Watch out people not only this Panda Express I think it's now their practice, what a cheater! IMO..C'mon Panda Express management be fair to your consumers! Oh yeah, it's wok fire shrimps $1.25 extra.

I work across the street from the Galleria and tend to order my food on the app to save me some time on my lunch. However, every single time I order they always have me waiting for my food because they tend to the line first before taking care of the "to-go orders". What's the point of having the to-go option if I'm still waiting an additional 5-8 minutes waiting for my food. Might as well just wait in line with the rest of the people to get my food. For once I'd like to pick up my food and GO. That being said, the food is always fresh and the staff is very apologetic when they have me waiting. One girl is always offering me a free soft drink while I wait but I always decline since I don't drink soda.

Serving size for kids. For $7 what you get is a joke. Just don't get the bowl. Otherwise food is on par with other locations.

Be careful. The upstairs location tried to rip me off two times. Double check your total. Was first told they didn't have bowls so they were putting my small order in a plate. When I got to the check out they rang me up as a plate and tried to charge more, but changed it once I brought it to their attention. Then when I asked for a cup of water, they told me they were out of water cups but had a regular size one instead. I said okay that's fine, I just want water. They then tried to add the cost of a drink to my order. They said they had to charge me for a cup. Can't believe how much this location tried to rip me off in one visit. Please be wary.
