I was disgusted by the hygiene standards at the Pressed Juicery at the Americana at Brand. The staff used a contaminated banana slicer for my Açaí bowl, which had traces of someone else's order on it. I asked for a clean one, but she was disrespectful and said she was a "nurse." (WT...F) I also asked for her name and her "supervisor" scowled and said no! I value cleanliness and safety. This place is unacceptable and should be shut down. I will send an email to their corporate office as a followup. They should terminate and/or retrain these employees!!! I will email the health department!

Ordered for delivery the whole thing was melted and on top of that the order was wrong .. very disappointed.. now they asked me to reach out and fix the situation so I did and still nothing .. lol terrible customer service to boot !!

Love it when they have their limited edition Golden Milk. When they don't have that I get the Green 2 drink. Very refreshing, cold and delicious juices. Makes me feel like I'm eating enough fruits and veggies when I drink these juices.

Over priced but you probably already know that. The soft serve is good if you're looking for a cleaner dessert option I wouldn't recommend the açaí it's not your typical açaí bowl with the fresh açaí in it more of a icecream type of deal.

Horrible customer service. Trevor the manager was arguing with me because their juices are expired. I called corporate and they were so rude and horrible to me. Trevor said that he refused to help me. I will no longer spend my money on this company ever again. I hope they go out of business. I also went in person because the juices are expired and the girl tried to argue with me saying that of course it's going to go bad if i open it. Ridiculous I have never experienced such a horrible experience

Came in not knowing anything about this place. It's a glorified mini mart that sells very expensive pre-bottled juices. Their "smoothies" are also juice. Need some fiber with all this sugar.

Every time I have come here, the staff is incredibly rude, makes mistakes and makes you seem like an inconvenience for asking for a correction, and offers 0 compensation for the inconvenience and is so incredibly rude and passive aggressive. I will not come back. it's not worth being treated that awfully and having your day ruined.
