My all-time favorite Taco Bell location today. My order took a while to make, but that wasn't an issue for me as I was in no rush. I love the outside dining area with the shaded side (pictured above), but it can be a little annoying if it's windy. This location is located in a very neat part of Glendale, so you won't have to worry about bad people walking around. This was my 3rd or 4th time eating here, and I have never run into any issues outside. The best part is the view of the Verdugo Mountains. It gives off a very nice scenic image while enjoying your food. Like all Taco Bell's and because of inflation, the prices are a bit steep for their menu items. But for this location, I don't mind spending over $9 for 2 chicken Taquitos and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. ?
I went in and ordered an iced coffee, I mentioned that I wanted regular coffee. I got my coffee half an hour later, with milk and very sweet. I say, "What kind of coffee is this?" They answer, "It's our usual iced coffee." Do you really have so many incomprehensible employees and the most disgusting service?You have disasters service, discussing manegment! ?

I order food Theo the drive thru, soon as I get my food I asked the whoever was working the window that I forgot to order a watermelon berry freeze. He tells me I have to go back out and wait in line again because they have a line of customers. What a lousy attitude from a human being.came back and told them they can have the food and i want the money back. Will never come back here again. Unbelievable how you get treated by people these days. Have had problems with past managers, thought I would give them another try, but no problem. It’s the last time they will see me.

The food was ok. But my drink was horrible. The syrup (flavoring mixed with carbonated water to get you the drink) must have been out. There was very little flavoring, and the drink was bitter. I ordered takeout and over a drink it's not worth it to go back after getting home.Parking: Fair amount of spaces but if the drive thru line backs up some of the spaces can get blocked.

I always go to this location maybe 2-3 times a week. Recently the service has been getting worse and worse. Last week I went inside to order and was waiting for 15 minutes standing behind the counter when I was the only one in there. The people making the food kept looking at me but no one said anything until I just ordered on the kiosk and waited for my food. And yesterday my lunch was ruined cause there was a piece of plastic in my crunch wrap.
