I personally prefer Coffee Bean to Starbucks. They have things the competitors don't have and it's just a more relaxed, homey feel the way the seating is laid out.

The Montrose location on Honolulu is the best! Staff are incredible, always friendly, know your name and always get orders correct.

This is my second bad experience in a row with coffee bean. I used to love coming here but they've gotten rid of all the good teas they have, the baristas don't know how to make the newer drinks, and they have no idea what they're doing or talking about. I had to change my drink order 3 different times because they kept recommending teas that were discontinued. I think my times coming to coffee bean are over.

Denied service because I had my dog with me. I was just making a to-go order and not trying to hang or anything. The guy refused to take my order and recommended I tie my dog to the railing outside. Yep it's your prerogative to deny service to who you want. And it's mine to say I won't ever be back to this wack place.

Worse drink ever. There's no milk, no caramel sauce as I requested and no straw. Do your job people!!! Not so hard to follow basic instructions. Never ordering from this place again. I have no idea how your store has a 5 star rating on Postmates/Uber Eats.

Stopped here at around 8pm on the way to the lights thing at Descanso Gardens. The restrooms were closed 5 hours before closing time. I bought 2 lattes anyway, but the older guy ringing me up was extremely rude about it. I asked why the restrooms happened to be closed that early and he responded with a sharp "because they are". The store and tabletops were filthy. I wiped down my table myself and waited for my mom to walk back from Starbucks which she said was much cleaner with friendly staff. As for the Coffee Bean latte, it was pretty much not really drinkable. Won't be coming back to this location or probably to any Coffee Bean ever again.

Great costumer service. Came in today mid day and it was busy system was down, however the employees still were friendly and optimistic regardless of their systematic issues. I was able to still get my drinks and receive uplifting and great service. Thank you to todays staff you all did great!

The perfect study cafe! - free wifi - free parking in the lot next to it - open late (10pm) - reasonably priced drinks - great service :-) - a plethora of outlets - super spacious with lots of tables - high ceilings to bolster creativity! This is my go-to cafe in the area! It's just too good to gatekeep! I love their unsweetened idea teas or their ice blended original mocha if I'm wanting to treat myself ^^

I asked for a cup of water and the lady charged me 25 cent that I had to go back in my car to get it if I didn't she would have not given me the water. I think that should've been free. Specially I have spent 12 for drinks and I get charged for the water. I go every where no one charges no business does that. ( very rude.

I really love this place and the ambience is great. Perfect place to go on a hot day like today. My only gripe as of late is that it's filled with lots of LOUD high school and college kids, who love to have loud conversations over studying. Totally fine (and I feel like a grandma saying this LOL) but I couldn't focus/study here and had to leave. Regardless the service is great, and the baristas are kind!

Firstly, allow me to provide some context regarding the incident. I visited your store with a friend in order to enjoy a cup of coffee and potentially make a purchase. We approached the counter to place our orders when we were greeted by an employee who exhibited no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. Their behavior was not only disrespectful but also highly unbecoming of someone representing your establishment. When my friend attempted to ask a question regarding the menu, the employee abruptly snatched the phone out of their hand without any explanation, rudely disregarding their query. Instead of addressing the concern or politely redirecting my friend to another staff member, the employee callously walked away, leaving us stunned and feeling utterly disrespected. As a loyal customer of Coffee Bean, I have always appreciated the quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere that your stores typically provide. We were treated with disdain and were made to feel like inconveniences rather than valued customers. I find it disheartening that an employee of your establishment would display such unprofessional behavior.
