One of my favorite ramen shop in Los Angeles they have delicious tsukemen and Tonkotsu ramen, and their charsu rice bowl.

It's solid. I always know what I'm going to get when I go there. Not my favorite ramen but it does the job. Friendly service and they do like kids.Worth to try at least, and see for yourself.

This tsukemen forced itself into my dreams. I ate there once, and literally couldn't stop thinking about it, for weeks on end. The noodles were a perfect Q, but it was the broth, that broth was soooooo umami! I ate all the noodles, and asked for more just to soak up all that flavorful broth! After I went home, I kept telling my husband about it... I found myself yelping tsukemen to find a place closer to me with shorter wait times, and I tried numerous places, but none of them came close. None. I had to go back, and I took not just my family, but my friend's family for the holidays. And I am so thankful, because then covid happened. Now all I can do is dream about that tsukemen and hope their chef and entire restaurant family stays healthy, so that one day, we can all meet again.

Have tried 2/3 of their locations and the consistency between each place is there. Wait is a little bit long sometimes, but definitely worth it. One of my favorite places to dine in LA and a must try.

We were walking around The Americana on a cold January night looking for a warm meal. The wait was too long, as it always is at Cheesecake Factory so we went over to The Tsujita to look at the menu. My friends who love tsukemen style ramen have always told me I have to try Tsujita. The menu looked good, and the place was pretty busy but had a couple of tables free so we decided to try it out. We were seated in the middle part of the restaurant. A sort of large communal table that spaced out the other people next to you and even further, the patrons across from you. We were asked for our drink orders shortly after we were seated. Service overall was attentive and friendly. I went with the cha siu tsukemen bowl - regular size ($16.95) and we also ordered a side of pork & veggie gyoza. I cant recall the price on that app but you get only 4 pieces. The gyoza was good. The filling tasted great and the dipping sauce was tasty. I would get it again... Having the dipping ramen was a first for me. My first and lasting impression of it... FLAVOR. I ordered the noodles hard per their recommendation. My first dip of it in the provided separate broth bowl was pretty eye opening. So much flavor. That broth is really rich. I liked it though. I really liked the squeeze of lime on to the noodles before dipping. That adds something really tasty to it that I wont soon forget. Gotta have the lime... The chasiu was tender but cut on the thicker side. You get about 4-5 pieces. I really liked the tsukemen ramen experience... The only negative for me is that the broth does get cold rather quickly. Im not sure if its because when you dip the cold noodles over and over again it loses heat or what? It was my first time so Im guessing this may be a common issue. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our meal. The lady got the same order as me and she liked hers as well. Very good ramen, good service, great location inside The Americana... We will be back for sure.

Super. Salty. I've been here twice over a span of however long they've been open (once when they first opened, and another time this past winter) and my lasting impression/memory is that it's super salty. The noodles and broth are baseline good and flavorful, but just super salty. All I can think about as I take my next bite is how bloated I'm gonna be the next day. Aside from that, staff is friendly, attentive, and prices are comparable to other craft ramen spots.

Tsujita is one of my favorite food in LA. I crave for their tsukemen every now and then. I rarely go to Glendale but when I happen to visit Americana at Brand and I was craving for tsukemen, I will definitely go to Tsujita. Last time I was here, the line was not that long but it's still pretty crowded. If you've been to Tsujita in Sawtelle, it is the same one. The price and the taste are all the same. I love the tsukemen because it's so filling and it's so good! If you share one bowl with someone else, it can be as cheap as $10 per person. But if you have your own bowl, it'll be around $15 - $20. This place is highly recommended!

I didn’t find their Tsukemen very good, although the rest of the food was pretty good. Nice ambience. One thing I wasn’t a fan of was their “corporate” policy on changing out meals, which in all honesty is fair, but almost every other restaurant will let you order something else if you really dislike your meal. It’s what makes the difference between decent service and excellent service in my opinion, just the willingness to do that. The other thing was they charged us 5x the amount for an item we ordered - good thing I double checked, otherwise we would’ve paid for double what we owed.

We loved the occasional trip out west to the Sawtelle location, but now with this Glendale location so much closer and with plenty or parking and a nice spot to walk around...solidly a favorite haunt of ours. You should find yourself here because you love tsukemen - delicious dipping ramen with lovely chew and heft, the rich fatty pork broth, and the squeezes of fresh lime that takes the whole experience up a notch and keeps everything tasting like that first delicious bite rather than running your tastebuds down. Parking / Getting here: The location is in the Glendale Americana; park and validation is no issue, go across the walkway into the Nordstrom to a pillar near the elevators for an un-manned validation ticket station. Easy peasy. People: Gets crowded on Fridays and weekends, but the beautiful thing is the wait is not a sure thing! We've visited for lunch just us two with no wait, or dinner on a weekday evening with a friend or two visiting from out of town with no wait - excellent when compared to the 1 hour plus we used to have to wait for the Sawtelle location. And if you do have to wait - you can check out the shops nearby to pass the time. Shoutout to our favorites: Sugarfina for a free sweet sample, or Amazon 4 star store which is always browsable. Service and mood: Service is friendly and fast; don't be shy to wave a bit because the place is big! The restaurant feels much larger than the one in Sawtelle, with more spaces between tables, some booth tables, some seats at a long communal center table, with modern lighting and an open kitchen towards the back. Food/Drink: Pitchers of beer are available. The salmon rice bowl is an excellent value and great if you're very hungry and still getting the tsukemen; ikura and slices of salmon over flavored rice that you can mix with the provided wasabi or drizzle soy sauce for extra oomph. Always soft and tasty. The takoyaki appetizer is piping hot and fluffy with emphasis on tasty batter with bits of octopus, airy and served with sweet soy based sauce. Of course the star is the tsukemen - just as good as the Sawtelle location. You get your bowl of noodles, glistening and yellow with a few slices of lime (if you're a lime-lover like me, you can always ask for more) and a sheet of nori, and your accompanying concentrated broth of choice. I go with the Ajitama with the egg (the Chashu one has *gasp* too many thick slices of chashu pork for me and it's too rich for me!) and the broth includes several pieces of pork already. Some folks squeeze the lime on the noodles, then dip them and eat - I like squeezing lime right before I take my bite of the dipped ramen. So good. Noodles are chewy, springy, fresh and filling. You just want to keep eating it. At the end, you can ask for "soup wari" for diluted broth to be added to the tsukemen broth for a last rich experience to top off your full belly. Lovely and certainly a favorite spot!

Concluding thoughts: * Kaedama means second helping of noodles in Japanese. At Tsujita you can ask for more broth, free of charge, along with your "kaedama" (extra) noodles. * Personally, the Tsukemen Ramen was hard to appreciate because it was too salty for my taste. Additionally, if you're thinking about skipping out on the lime DON'T! Trust me it's there for a reason & is a definite game changer. * The red ginger isn't the sweet ginger you usually get when you order sashimi (I made this mistake let me know if it's just me or ???). The red ginger was instead super salty and the ginger flavor is much more prevalent in comparison to the ginger you're typically served at sushi restaurants * Hard Noodles OVER Soft & Medium Noodles * Overall, the place was a little too over priced for what it's worth but it's Glendale so what can you do 5/10 would come again with a college budget but 10/10 if my parents were the ones paying

Stopped by here on a Tuesday night because we were craving Tsujita, but didn't want to go to the location in Sawtelle. We were a bit hesitant coming to the Glendale location since the reviews are lower than we would have liked it to be, but eh why not?! So glad we did! We ordered their Dan Dan noodle soup and their tonkotsu ramen and on our next visit we tried their tsukemen dipping ramen! All our orders always come out super quick and are all very tasty. I didn't know what to expect with the Dan Dan noodle soup, but it was a nice surprise. The broth was a very tasty chicken flavor, texture was on the rich side and with a sprits of lemon that they provide you, it really enhances the flavor to another level. The tonkotsu, I mean you can never go wrong with tonkotsu ramen. Great flavor as well! I know when they first opened, their dipping ramen game was waaay off. But now giving it a try, they got it together! Very rich broth, great flavor (not too salty) and good temperature on their noodles. Only thing bad with the dipping ramen we've had, was when we done dipping and time for them to add the soup broth intonour bowl, it really changed the flavor of the ramen....in a bad way. It tasted waaay watered down and had almost no flavor. But that won't stop us from coming back. WARNING, their spice level at Tsujita is nooo joke so just be aware and it's not on them if you can't handle their spice. Still not sure as to why they have a lower rating because everything was great! The staff was super friendly, food was delicious and the interior is so nice. Will come here regularly!

My boyfriend was visiting so I decided to take him here since he's never had dipping ramen before. This is my second time and the food quality is the same as the location in Sawtelle, yay! The service was efficient given that it was a Sunday before the holidays. Our food came out within the next 5 minutes and we were slurping our ramen away! The noodle was fresh and went well with a hint of lime. The broth was thick, but very flavorful. I recommend ordering the Char Siu Tsukemen, which comes with meat for the extra few dollars. Worth it. Very generous with the portion size and I think you can ask for more broth if you run out. We both each got regular size. I didn't finish mine and my boyfriend usually eats my leftovers, but he was stuffed as well. Ambience is really nice given that it's located inside Americana. Will definitely be back if craving dipping ramen in the future!

The food was delicious and the waiter was very friendly. It was very reasonably priced and overall we had a great experience.

I was excited to try this place but this is definitely NOt the same quality as the one in Sawtelle, Los Angeles. This is located in the Americana next to sugarfina and the valet parking. Upon arriving, you place your name on the waiting list. It was not packed when we came on a Sunday around 6:30pm. We waited for about 10 minutes before we got seated. I ordered the regular tonkatsu ramen and added a boiled egg. The broth was light but the ramen didn't taste all that.. I felt the ramen was a little too soft. My sister ordered the ajitama tsukeman. She says it's not as good as the one on sawtelle location. We shared the salmon rice bowl. It was ok. Nothing to rave about. 1 Star off for their restaurant cleanliness. When we were seated, the table was dirty(water cup marks) and they didn't care to wipe it down and just placed the menus on top. Another thing is that the bowl they used for the salmon bowl was dirty against the rim. 1 Star off for the service. It was sucky and rude. Why?! One, they forgot my sister ramen order. Salmon boWl arrived first and was already half way done with it. The ramen still hAsnt arrived. We told our hostess and finally few minutes later it came. But I could have been half way through my ramen and here hasn't arrived. After a Few bites of my sister eating her ramen, they gave us our checks! We didn't even ask for it. It was like she was trying to kick us out! Why give us the check when the 2 guys next to us who came before us and are eating and talking and they don't get a check. It's not fair! We never asked for check! So never again to this ramen place!

I used to come here to dine very often, but I must say their food and service have fallen down. It’s a ramen restaurant and they left the front door totally open on winter night, we had to tell the staff over and over again to close the door. Is it not common sense to keep indoor warm as a restaurant? It just felt freezing by sitting inside. We ordered drinks, it didn’t come until we asked them the second time. When tsukemen came, the broth is not even warm. Terrible dining experience and unprofessional staff. Paid its price as a copycat of tsujita.
