Eileen is amazing you all!I came in at 10AM on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 because my Tumi 19 degree aluminum Extended Trip Packing case would not open. I knew I put in the right combination and even tried the default one many times, to no avail. Our trip is this night so I needed the suitcase open. Especially since it had my packing cubes and scale inside. Eileen maintained her cool and tried every number from 1-999. She even tried the default combo, and while it also didn't work at first, it worked after she had tried all 1000 digits! She is so amazing to have the patience to do that for me. All with a pleasant attitude. And she took down my phone number to keep me updated so I could walk around Americana. When she finally got my suitcase open, she was so genuinely pleased. AMAZING SERVICE!Wendy, the store manager is also very nice and knowledgeable. She helped me decide which backpack to get for my trip. You all, this Tumi location is the best!

Unfortunatley $100 for repair to fix the handle that broke. After so many cheap luggage products that really just wore out. They did not break. Tumi breaks, that's what expensive things do. Oh well. now I know. Will not buy this again.

I love my Tumi roller bag. A couple of days after I got it home, I couldn't open it; it had become locked. I called Tumi customer service and they instantly identified the problem and told me what to do. Thumbs up for

Ok so I was reading through the reviews before I decided to post my own. It seems like overall the customer service is good except when it comes to returns and exchanges. It is the most difficult, complicated, bizarre, lengthy process. I spent $700, which I paid cash, for a luggage. When I went to exchange it they told me they callus not give me my money back and that they would mail me a check that would take 14 days. Mind you, they gladly accepted my cash, of course, the day I bought the luggage. The 14 days passed and I did not receive a check. I called the store and they said they would follow up, and told me to continue to wait. More time passed until they finally decided to put a stop check request, issue a new one, and wait for it to come in the mail. Mind you once they put a stop on the check they claim to have mailed out, there is a five day process for the bank to be able to cancel that check. I am now a month and a half into my return and still have not received my refund. Let's see how long this drags on. Long story short, be sure that what you buy is actually what you want because good luck trying to return it and getting a refund!
Ever since I started shopping at this Tumi, I have made it my one and only location. The staff there are amazing and Wendy always knows what I like/want and notifies me when something comes in. I work so much that I don't have time to shop and having Wendy there to pair me with my favorites, saves me time and energy. I walk out with my favorite buys and feel confident with my Tumi items. I'm so glad that they opened up post quarantine and I'm able to physically shop again. I do not like shopping online. The Americana Tumi is the best Tumi store in LA, in my opinion. I send major props to Wendy, who always makes my shopping experience superb.

Your costumer is doing very good job...But you have done one big mistake that is your shop is not verified ......In 2018 google has alert every one who have their address in google map they have to verified their google address otherwise google will dismiss you address from google map........If you want to verify your shop then you may ask me ..........My email account is [email protected]
