Absolute worst Wetzel Pretzel I've been to, the cashier with blue eyes asian was EXTREMELY RUDE! She kept on giving me attitude and even got my order wrong even though she said it right in front of me. I would definitely not go back there again worst service ever !!!!!!!

Cute outdoor kiosk with outdoor seating near the fountain. Located in the outdoor section of the Glendale Galleria. Kids had fun enjoying their warm pretzels, listening to the music, and watching the fountain. The pretzels were quite pricey!

I love this Wetzel spot at the AMERICANA (not GALLERIA). I always have them make me a cheese and jalapeño which is usually a 15-20 minute wait. They're heavenly to receive extra hot. The one I received today was made with love! Extra cheesy, crispy, and spicy. Nice kids that work at the stand.

Absolutely disappointed, we drove here because they had the best sour n cream pretzels but they discontinued it. In addition, the food was pretty burnt. Pretty disappointed but the lemonade boba saved it!

Went here after See's Candies. Didnt see almond crunch on the menu. Window cashier says happily they have them. We got two delicious pretzels. Service was over the top compared to Hagen Daaz and Mens Warehouse.

I was at the Galleria today and decided to get Wetzel's Pretzels because all the food smells were just too delicious to pass! Oh how I was so wrong for staying! As I approach the stand, this kid didn't even greet me. His face was all sulking as if he just got dumped. I proceeded with asking him questions about the menu, and all I got were 1 to 2 words answers. It was horrible customer service. This kid face was so horrible, I swear it want to punch him in the face... When I decided to get the pretzel bitz... I thought it was going to be made fresh. my brain was screaming in horror when I saw the kid handed me the cup in the food warmer. It looks nothing appetizing. And I got a tummy ache after eating a couples of bites. I would not buy any pretzel or food at the Galleria ever again.... this is the second bad experience I had here.

This is the second time we've come for cheese jalapeño pretzels only to be told they will be ready in fifteen minutes; however, when returned this time after 15 minutes, we were advised that they needed to be ordered in advance... Horrible management of popular items and customer service...

I can't find a negative 5 in this scale so I had to put a 1 star. Horrible service can't properly speak to customers. Are always showing attitude to everyone. I was there just today and they saw me waiting for my order to be taken and they came up to me after 5 minutes when they finished talking to each other. Such a horrible experience

service sucks. the short woman w blonde hair and taller more buff woman are rude for no reason. Not only them, but all of the employees need to be trained on basic customer service f all of you. i went around 8:40 pm and they closed early and were all sitting and talking.
if i could give less than one star. i would. the customer service was awful and i felt very disrespected as a paying customer. the workers were rude to me, talked back to me and threw my bag of pizza bites at me. never coming back here again.

I got there at 8:30 last night and they were closed simply because they chose to close early. When I tried getting the attention of a staff member to ask if I could still buy a pretzel, he completely ignored me. This was upsetting because I drove there specifically for a pretzel as my daughter really wanted one. I checked beforehand, and they were noted to close at 9.
