Very disappointed! I ordered the Western burger sub the veggie patty, the patty was complete mush. It was actually inedible I had to toss it. I only gave one extra star because the onion rings were good. It's very frustrating given how expensive everything is. Save your money.

Passing through Grass Valley, wanted a burger. BnC was recommended by a friend there, and gotta say it hit the spot. You get what you pay for and the Guido was worth every penny. Thanks for dinner peeps.

Got a burger and onion rings (no drink) for less than $10. Try getting the same at a fast food joint. Impossible. Not to mention the food was fantastic. Not knocking fast-food, but no comparison in quality and taste.

The burgers are usually very good, I've had one or two that definitely were not the usual quality, but my guess would be new hires being trained. The chicken strips you definitely need a sauce for, I have yet to have them without being super dry. Staff are usually friendly and polite. I will say the food is definitely on the more greasy side, but it will taste delicious.
