Fable Coffee is a local Grass Valley gem. High end coffee with several varieties available at very fair prices, and a great atmosphere inside. They just opened a new location in Nevada City too. Not a lot of options foodwise.
Really cute Coffee Shop to stop by and visit, the service was great and the products were delicious. We tried a few of the Plant Based donuts they offered and they were really tasty. The menu offers a variety of items and everything smelled and looked really yummy. I had the House Made Soda and tried the Rose flavor, I’m not usually big on the Rose flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised with this drink! It was light, refreshing and just enough flavor to not be overpowering....read full review

We were passing through Grass Valley and wanted a Latte and a treat. Fable Coffee met our needs. It's a small store. Staff were friendly. Good coffee? Check! They also had gourmet donuts. Gluten free. Great treat? Check! If you're nearby, they'll take good care of you.
