Was craving something sweet so stopped in about 9:30pm on a Thursday night Walked in and was not greeted at all even after I said hello the one young lady continued to sweep, the other one behind the counter didn't say a word to me so I proceeded to place my order a medium cappuccino blast She made it again not a word when I went to pay I thought that was odd rude in my opinion I paid and as I was walking out they started laughing and talking to each other I guess they didn't want to speak to a costumer.Definitely need better costumer service training Also I do think it's dangerous for young ladies working that late there should at least be a older person with them or even a gentleman That did concern me and my husband

This is my favorite ice cream place!! It's right around the corner from where l live so I can get there in 5 minutes The service is so fast! Although sometimes I take my time choosing--There are 3 or 4 tables that fit 2 people each--and you can order ice cream cakes from here! Very good place to go for the naughtiest ice cream or the a nice well behaved ice cream--Try it!!

They always do a great job at this location. We come here often and last month they had a Love Potion 31 and we loved it so we were here every couple of days. The workers are always friendly, professional and the place is clean. I used to love that on Tuesdays, they had a single scoop special. Hope they bring that back.

Wow! I was browsing these reviews and they are so bad! What can an ice cream shop possibly do to earn such bad scores? The customer service was definitely bland and mediocre. I walked in with three excited kids after school and neither associate acknowledged us and remained with to their backs to the door decorating cakes the entire time. Then when my son tried asking one of them some questions about he flavors, he was completely ignored. The ordering process was fine once we got the associate's attention. The scoop sizes seemed to be large as I would have expected. The prices were way elevated. I paid $17 for three kids cups. I could have purchased 3 gallon containers at Vons for that price. Eh.

This is ridiculous. I went in to buy a three scoop sundae for each of us (3)and it looked like a one scoop sundae. Barely any toppings. My three scoop sundae filled half the cup including the whip cream. I now drive to the Baskin Robbin's on Whittier Blvd across from Amazon Fresh. A BIG difference. It's ashame I have to drive further when this one is practically across the street from me.

I walked in to baskin robins as I observed the tall girl with redish hair helping a customer noticed her retention level was not there as it was my turn I had to repeat what I wanted 4 times which was a mocha blast as she started making its he told me there was no vanilla ice cream so i canceled order then i orderd a banana royal she asked me for flavors I asked for rocky road and baseball nut but she said they had no rocky road so then asked for jamoca well as I paid she didn't bother to give me a bag and when I got home to my surprise she didn't cut banana in slices it was to halves and only baseball nut ice cream i asked the other tall girl with blk glasses if the indu lady was still the mgr she said no so bad management now, will not return

I ordered my son's birthday cake on Tuesday for the Saturday event. When I went to pick it up, they weren't ready. (I didn't get any calls concerning the order) They asked us to be back 1-1.5hr later and we did. The failed to fill the order initially placed. I paid the extra to increased the size, they gave me the smallest size which was the very basic version. I left customized wordings but nothing was added. Taste of the cake was good. I do not recommend this place!

Decided to end the week with an ice cream treat and thought this was a good option boy was I WRONG! Got a 2 scoop sundae (no whipped cream) for $6.00. What was supposed to be 2 scoops looked like one and barely any hot fudge. The staff inside was trying hard but not qualified to work on a busy Friday night. If your wanting ice cream save your time and money and stay away from this place.

$6.39 for 2 scoop sundae. the scoop is about a quarter size. I live pretty close to this location but I will be taking my business over the hill to la Habra where the scoops are triple in size. This business has been struggling with this ownership. Serving these small portions will accelerate their demise

If I could put 1/2 a star I would. Today, Aug 9, 2021 at 4:38pm my daughter ordered a sundae & I ordered one as well. 2 different girls made them & the gal who made my daughter's was done perfectly. The gal who made my supposed double scoop failed to even put an amount equal to 1 scoop! When I questioned the difference she tried to tell me it's because of the whip cream. The ice cream in 2 scoop sundae didn't even cover the bottom. This pic is immediately taken after without any being eaten. PATHETIC & what was worse was paying the exact same amount for them
