I ordered a 1/2 dozen from this location. Every single donut was dry as a bone. Very disappointing. I love the Baldwin Park location where the donuts are always fresh and delicious from open to close.

Use to come to this place years ago and they had fresh , soft tasting donuts. Decided today to give it another try , bought one French cueller and a cinnamon donut. The cueller was okay , but the cinnamon was hard , crunchy , and awful. Felt like the cashier gave old stock and was keeping her fresh ones in the back. Nevertheless she was happy to get rid of last mornings donuts and I was an unhappy customer. For the $1.75 she made on the cinnamon donut she lost a customer for good and someone to leave a bad review.

The size of these donuts are amazingly big, the brown box is necessary as it's the biggest I've ever seen compared to the many others. There are always a few staff on hand, and they are always smiling, they give extra donuts as well. The best part is the price is the lowest, $12 for a dozen. Can't find that price anywhere!!!

I'm sorry to say this but Cristy's donuts is not what it use to be. I don't know if they cut corners or how it's made. Maybe one day they'll be back in their glory, Hopefully.

I was seized by a craving, so I swung by Christy's Donuts on a Sunday at 10:30am. Ordering can be chaotic when two customers are making selections at the same time, since the employees also have to answer back. But everyone is super nice. It was about $13 after tax for 6 donuts. - Blueberry ($1.55). This donut was light on the dried blueberries, but the texture was divine: thick crispy crust outside, tender fine cake crumb inside, hint of blueberry, hint of glaze. - Croissant Donut. Flaky with somewhat gummy layers, but in a good way? I like the dual textures of this glazed donut.- Apple Fritter ($2.50). The sweetest of the bunch with a slight burnt flavor. I'm not sure if that was intentional, but all of the fritters were cooked very dark. The diced apple filling was scant, but the glazed fritter had a crispy thick crust.- Bear Claw ($2.50 - Cinnamon). Since we had the apple fritter, I ordered the cinnamon filled bear claw. The lightly glazed dough was soft, yeasty, and slightly sweet. I didn't expect the cinnamon paste to be on the bitter side, but I quite liked the contrast. - Plain Buttermilk Cake Donut ($1.55). I took a bite and my eyebrows raised off of my forehead. Were plain donuts always this flavorful? This donut had a thick and crispy crust on the outside, vanilla & yogurty taste inside, with a fluffy and cakey crumb.
