Very nice clean small family owned/ operated restaurant with excellent quality fish and tasty udon soups. Lots of great beer and sake options as well. These are the best neighborhood sushi restaurants I always prefer.

I highly recommend this place, the food was amazing, and the service was awesome. We got the spicy tuna was the best I had in a long time. And the service was amazing. Don't be fooled by the small place. It is cozy and very inviting.

Cute unassuming sushi spot that isn't too busy! The server was kind and open to answering all my questions about what was and wasn't gluten free. I got the sashimi mix with steamed rice and didn't have any issues. The fish itself was fresh and for the price, I was satisfied with the portions. The chefs were also receptive about cleaning the cutting board and knives for my meal. This is definitely going to be my go-to neighborhood spot for sushi now.Gluten Free: Miso soupTamari-provided upon request Hot sakeEdamameNot gluten free:Salad DressingImitation Crab MeatPonzu

This place is a hidden gem! Everything here is VERY reasonably priced and tastes amazing. This place is a little bit of a hole in the wall, but it has a family business feel and excellent service. Parking is not an issue at all and inside is festive and very clean. I highly recommend the spicy tuna rolls and miso soup!

Food is excellent and all for a great price! Service is really fast and hospitable. I loved how small and cozy the restaurant was. It felt authentic! Go for the lunch specials!

Great little sushi place that's way better than you'd expect from the location. Fast service, delicious sushi, reasonably priced. All good things.

This place was recommended by a family friend. Our father in laws favorite food is Japanese. He's very picky for restaurants and rarely likes them. This was not the case with Sushi land! The sashimi was really good and fresh! We liked the bento box lunches. Good portions and price. Don't let the location fool you. Strip mall small place. Will be one of our "go to" Japanese restaurants moving forward!

Would not recommend to any friends or family! I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I was pretty disappointed in this sushi place. We all ordered waters and the smell from the cups was so terrible, it smelled like the glasses had never been cleaned. I also ordered a miso soup which tasted a little off but the seaweed was so ridiculously chewy that I couldn’t break it apart and swallow. Lastly, I ordered a crunchy roll and my roll had so many pieces of hard, uncooked rice, I was scared I was going to chip a tooth! I really couldn’t believe how many pieces of uncooked rice were in my roll and I have never seen that in my several years of eating sushi. I’ve gotten way better sushi from somehow cheaper places than Sushi land, so I would definitely recommend skipping this place and going somewhere with better sushi!

This spot is definitely a hole in the wall. Driven past this plaza many times and never even noticed that it existed until it was recommended to me. Nothing stands out about the plaza nor the exterior of this place. And it's very small inside, with limited bar seating and limited table seating. Definitely not a good place for large groups.Came here on a saturday night and it was half full. Got a table on the backside which wasn't the most exciting view, but the service was extremely friendly and welcoming. We only ordered all the specials on the menu, mainly nigiri sushi, a handroll, oyster shooters, and hot sake. Specials of the Day:- Kanpachi (Amberjack)- Uni (Wild Santa Barbara)- Amaebi (Sweet Shrimp)- Tai (Red Snapper)- Negi Toro Hand Roll- Jumbo Hamachi Kama (But we had to cancel the order because we were too full)Other Items we ordered:- Scallop Nigiri- Toro (Fatty Tuna Belly)- Ikura NigiriOverall, I can say that there is quality and freshness in their cuts of fish for a super casual place. Can't comment on rolls. I like that they have a variety of ice cream mochi, tempura ice cream, and cheesecakes to choose from. Would come again if I wanted some quick nigiri!

Didn't want to leave a review because I wanted to keep this little place all to ourselves... But the food is so good they deserve a shout out!Parking: big lot shared with CVSService: excellent! We came with our baby and they even had a baby food mat and hello kitty spoons for her. So sweetFood: super fresh fish for the sashimi mix (32) and chirashi (32), tempura was excellent as wellThey also have an excellent HH menu, definitely will be back to try that! Check them out you won't regret it.
I really wish I tried this place earlier!!! Affordable, great customer staff, and yummy food!! There's plenty of parking in the plaza and I love that they have specials that change daily. They have plenty of options for the sushi and non sushi lovers. My bf and I might have found our new fave sushi spot close to home. They even have a good deal on their lunch specials :). Can't wait to be back~

I walked in expecting a run-of-the-mill omakase experience, but boy was I proven wrong! From start to finish, it was an absolute delight.First of all, the ambiance and decor gave off a cozy and inviting vibe. And the service was impeccable - our server, was knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive. Now, onto the food. Each nigiri piece was delicately and masterfully together by the super talented Chef Fernando. Just when I thought I had a handle on what was coming next, the chef would surprise me with something completely different. Highlight of the meal was the oyster shooter. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable omakase experience. They also have a great diverse menu if raw fish isn't for your palette. Don't come expecting the usual - this place will surprise.

First time here. Had the lunch special chicken teriyaki bento plate. Ticket time from order to serve was 24 min. Food was really good for the price. Only 12.95. Would be back again.

I probably shouldn't haven't gone in as they were closing, but I didn't know they were closing. I just ordered crispy rice with spicy tuna & no avocado, with an iced green tea. When upon ordering the guy didn't know what I was talking about .. what I was ordering ??? Until someone else had to step in and help.. as I was waiting I asked for fresh wasabi & they charged me $6 , when I got home it was NOT FRESH WASABI !! NEITHIER WAS MY GREEN TEA , that they said was green tea, when it was supposed to be iced.!! They ALMOST FORGOT TO GIVE ME. I know I ordered a basic meal with little taste but the meal they gave me was like a little kids meals from McDonald's. No taste . Will never be back.
