Stumbled across this place after eating sushi. Originally came in for the boba, but they offer so much more. I wish I got to try their ice cream and macarons because I'm sure they're 10/10 based on the reviews and the overall place. The boba drinks were 3.5/5. Bon Mange is a great addition to downtown Hayward! Since it is downtown and it does tend to get busy on weeknights and weekends, street parking may be hit or miss, but there are a lot of parking lots and a parking garage around if you do not mind the walk. With many boba and dessert choices, there is something for everyone! Yea good is ok but customer service isn't. Uninterested, bored, and not engaging. I don't expect a show or to roll out the red carpet but man crack a smile or something. Down time and staring at your phone? Sure I get it. In front of customers? Makes me feel like I'm not welcomed.Oh went here twice and both experiences were the same.
