Horrible serivce, and the manager Jim was very rude. I can recall hearing him disrespecting his employees and using profanity towards them. Which made me feel uncomfortable when I was dropping off product. I was waiting at the gate longer then expected. Definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with this facility. I had a terrible experience here.

Would love to work here again. Lot of treats like cereal and sandwich they give you as also meet new great people from other business. Left the place too early too selfish because I assume my pay low for 5-6 yrs employed there ..Could of been making lots of bank now saving and investing and prolly have a fam with beautiful wife and annoying n adorable kid/kids. Will come again to visit or help for a day. Work here again is only a dream as I was there 5-6 yrs. Remember if you start working here be patient and look at long run down life as you will get older. Worst values as a company ever. Husband worked there for 6 years was a great employee with plenty of sonority. Constantly went above and beyond. Did so much over time always.After covid hit they released him and told him come get his check with all his sick pay and vacation hours from 6 years. They gave him a check for 15 dollars and told him for the last 8 months they had to charge him 150 a month for his medical.

Don't use their machines. They're theives!!!!!! I called to complain and hoped to get everything sorted out I was promised a refund from 3-4 weeks. 7 weeks have passed and nothing! You guys are a f****** joke. I can't wait for you fuckers to go bankrupt.

If I could give a minus number of stars I would. This company puts coffee machines and junk food machines in lounge rooms at CSU East Bay. I don't eat junk food but I do drink coffee. They rarely service the machines and when they finally did, someone adjusted the boiling water to overflow the cup, which burns! Prior to this event, I had to make service requests several times to get them to put water or milk in the machine. They don't know what they are doing. Avoid them if you have other choices.

Receiving quality customer service from canteen has been very difficult. We are currently on a schedule for stocking service, however the delivery driver skips our business on their route when "they have issues finding parking." If a holiday lands on the date we were expecting stock, the responsibility to reschedule on us and we still have to wait to get them to come in.It has been almost a month since we last got our machines stocked and the inventory is pretty low.I hope your experience with this organization is a positive one.
