I bought just now soup which was 6.17, then became 7.35 with tax now is 8.09 plus because of crisis and I came there 5 min earlier. They charge too much and the cashier lady shouts for nothing. The guy or cook inside are so friendly and prepared my order right away except thay lady alone who was so rude.

It's decent Chinese food, and a great option for convenience. The food is very consistent, and I go here about once a week because of that. The reason I give them 4 stars is because it is also very fair price wise. The portions are very generous. If you get a 3 or 4 item plate I doubt you'll be able to finish it. I usually get the 2 item plate, which itself is almost too much food, but it's only about $7, so more than fair.

I honestly would come here for their garlic prawns.I came here and an older lady was taking my order she was so hard to understand.I couldn't hear her asking 2 or 3 items.Anyways.I ask for chow mein and prawns and she points at this basically empty tray of like 1 shrimp and 3 things of broccoli.I ask again and point to the menu for the specific prawns.She told me something that I could not understand at ALL and pointed back at the same tray.I ask can't you make them?cause that's what they usually do and I'd have to wait a few minutes.She said something else and her face was just disgusting and unappealing.I walked right out.Everything else just looked unappetizing after that.Terrible business.Never coming back again.

This place obviously knows how to treat their clients. Consistently with a nice demeanor. The food is conveniently priced, regularly tasty and clean.

Great pricing and big portions ! First time Stopping in here while charging up the Tesla. The staff are very nice and have customers streaming in every few minutes to pick up Togo orders . There is a small dining area with plenty of room for my stroller as well as high chair for my toddler. The chili oil is delicious and most importantly the food here is toddler approved ! We will be back !

They need to work on their hospitality service, I had walked in to order and the young lady that worked their didn't give me any options and assumed I wanted a large box, when I had said I didn't she ignored me and served me what I had asked for. Moments after ordering what I asked she placed it on a tray in a very rude way, like if she wasn't in the mood to work.

I give this location 2 stars. Reason being, they don't like that you order something that's not already in their buffet. It seems to be inconvenient for them, even though they offer a menu with items that are not in their buffet. When I did order an item from their menu that was not in their buffet, it was rushed and therefore not cooked properly. I had to cook the meat myself. On the other hand, I have ordered from their buffet and I have no complaints. Now as for customer service, a class is in order.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a wonton soup there was mold on my broccoli and when I went back to return it the cashier lady told me "it's ok it's only a little" while laughing with the other lady. Eat at your own risk.

I am so disappointed. This was mine and my husband's favorite place to go to when we'd have a craving for salt & pepper fish because theirs was so good until today We got our usual order of "fresh" salt & pepper fish and brought it home to eat with our kids. We ate our fish and as we got to the bottom of the take out box, I noticed something black. I took a closer look only to realize that it was a dead fly I nearly puked in my mouth! What was once a favorite stop for us when we passed through Hayward is now a place we will never set foot in. I am so disgusted Never againâ€
