I’m a regular visitor at the pop up Cinnabon spot in Southland Mall. Never had bad customer service like what other reviewers have written about. Been going here for years. Always pick up one of their drinks or cinnamon rolls or cookies, that are always warm and flaky.

Ordered a cinnabon and the lady didn't even give me the entire thing. She cut a part of my cinnabon off and left it in the pan. When I pointed it out to her, she ignored me! Paid full price out didn't receive the full product! Poor customer service.

Staff at this location are horrible today, Dec 22. I asked a couple of questions to determine what to buy and the short lady who was helping me turned to the tall big woman who was spreading cream on the cinnabon and she gave me a look like what are you saying. I’m like “ do you have prepackaged Cinnabons” she rudely responded without looking at me “ you can heat up any buns”. She then glanced over and gave me a smirk and went back to what she was doing. I decided I was dealing with a bunch of entitled lazy people who signed up to work at a job that requires customer service but then forgot their responsibilities and decided that they are special. I paid for a few Cinnabons and when the cashier turned the iPad over for me to choose whether I wanted to tip them, I immediately looked at her in the eyes and pressed “no tip” with a smile. In case you are questioning whether I normally tip, the answer is yes, always. One star to get this review posted.

The food & snacks here are great of course because it's made by Cinnabon. However the staff aren't friendly and they always seem to be out of everything. The new drinks they've been advertising I can't even seem to try because they never have them available. The food is rarely prepared as well and only can order certain items. Today I was passing by and saw they finally had a few Cinnabon originals available in the prepared food area. As we were standing all in one line, it finally was my turn to order and they opened up two lines. The man behind me rushed up and snatched the very last Cinnabon Original from the tray that I had been so patiently waiting for. Somehow the person behind me was served first and I was absolutely given the short end of that stick. I asked about the drinks on their display and of course they weren't available. So after all of that I wasn't able to actually order anything at all. I left without spending a dollar. The staff didn't seem to mind that fact. I probably won't try coming back anymore. 2 stars only because Cinnabon does have good tasting treats IF you can get one.

UNSATISFIED. I feel cheated a little. :( Is this unreasonable? I called 2 hours ahead, and was told to order online. I ordered 2 hours in advance, but when I arrived, there was NO hot'n ready Cinnabon Rolls. I was then told, I need to select a "SPECIAL OPTION" and I obliged to reordering them. After waiting an additional TWO MORE HOURS, I arrived 15 minutes early, only to find out there was a new girl at the stand and the other was on her break. I told the new girl I was ready for my order, and she could not understand me well from our language barrier, which I don't mind, but I don't appreciate the lack of organization for the orders. After begrudgingly listening to her and the girl I interacted with originally, she said just give him the one in the display. I just took it and left, wanting to cry. But I didn't feel satisfied. I want a full refund, and to be given a new dozen rolls. I had to reorder the 6 pack twice, and after waiting for 4-5 hours, I got COLD Cinnabon Rolls. I feel cheated. I did my best to enjoy them, but I just wanted to cry. I simply want a refund, and new rolls for each set of two hours I waited. That is fair right? Please let me know.

I bought a large cinnamon roll a few months ago and it was very delicious. The roll was flaky and chewy. The icing was perfect.

Very poor quality. Got the Cinnabon row, they had no glazing whatsoever. Charged 6 dollars and didn’t even have glaze on it. The person in charge was trying to charge .99 cents for putting some glaze on the buns when it should have some already. Quality control is horrible instead of resolving issue the woman left unsatisfied customer, you can tell she doesn’t care about her job. Worker on register was friendly But management has horrendous customer service skills and shouldn’t Be in that position. 2 stars because worker tried resolving issue but that’s been only thing that shines from this shop

The cashier pretended to not know how to activate a gift card just to get me out of the line. I saw her pull out a gift card and put it back and lied straight to my face. She was nice in everything else but when she lied I stared to her face she had absolutely nothing to say. Since I speak Spanish I heard her tell her coworker she didn't know how to active it. Seems like basic training they should have.

The people who work there are rude. I was there today and I wanted to use the app for my rewards, but the lady who helped me told me the scanner didn’t work. When I asked her to about the numbers that were below the box, She told me she couldn’t enter them. When I paid and asked for my receipt, she told me it didn’t work. When I was putting my wallet in my purse, she was speaking Spanish to her co worker, guess she didn’t realize I understood what she said, but I did.

I mean if you don't know about Cinnabon you're already taking L's in life. Try the churros too.

I wasn't satisfied at all it was my first time being here while traveling for the Holidays with the family so I was craving something sweet. I came up to the cashier all polite even greeting her and she just was completely rude to me I don't know what was up her attitude I get that it's busy when you work but be polite with new people that aren't from town. I was disappointed with the customer service and for her to be rude wasn't acceptable towards me especially me having bad social anxiety it took me lots of guts to go pay for something on my own
