Hair in my food. Denying my refund and then not answering my calls. I called and complained about the food in my hair and avoiding to answer my calls. I'm so upset I've never had a problem with them until today.

They don't give you any plates or napkins services okay most of the time sometimes you get someone with a bad attitude or someone is having a bad day the foods usually good just try not to catch them when they're too busy ?Dietary restrictions: Make sure you double check with him and make sure that they didn't put anything on your pizza that you can't eat cuz I've had that happen to me a few times

Called asked how to redeem my emergency pizza was told two words "go online" asked again same "go online" irritated with this location also got scammed for a double tip when i was approached by delivery driver saying their was unpaid balance they want cash so they dont have to claim it on taxes or wait to get the tip STRAIGHT SCAMMED FOR 3 bucks but its aight im not a a hole but id like my emergency pizza

Terrible terrible terrible service, got there and they claimed to have never received my order when their dominos tracker said my pizza was completed, manager or employee just told me to contact dominos and sent me away

I should read reviews before ordering. They didn't complete my order. Forgot the Parmesan twists with the dip. I didn't notice until I got home. Called to see what could be done and was on hold for 30 minutes before I was hung up on.

Order extra cheese and the pizza still had dry spots!!! I don’t like that at alll, smh. The lady that served the pizza was friendly but that don’t make my pizza taste better! It was dry as hell and she told me that she was told to use very little cheese. Dominos you all have to do better then that

Just don't order from here. I ordered at 11:05 for delivery. I never received my order and the website reported to me that the order was completed and delivered. I tried to call, I was on hold for a long time, called multiple times, never had my call answered. Just avoid this place.Edit: Came in the next day and they couldn't issue a refund because I had used a gift card, but remade the order for me as that's the only wya they could issue some sort of refund. Still kind of upset, but it could've been worse. The afternoon manager I spoke to was understanding.

I should have read the reviews before ordering here. Got a text saying ready 8-10 minutes. "See you then". I go there 12 minutes and was told they ran out of ham and had to go out and get it the pizza wasn't even done yet 40 minutes after I ordered it online. Waited another 20 minute in The parlor to get my pizza. Very frustrating! Never again.

If there was the option to give zero stars, I would. Food: 0 - heavy oil and sludge from the pan and parm.Service: 0 - for the audacity to get angry and shout at me for being concerned that proper food handling and hand washing was not being practiced. The male food worker came into the building from outside and and immediately started handling food without washing his hands violating CA Health & Safety code 113953.3 (I looked it up because the man angrily and arrogantly INSISTED that he did not need to wash his hands! On Aug 31st, I went inside to order 32 Parmesan Bread Bites. While waiting for my order, the male came in from making deliveries. He immediately went to handling food but did not wash his hands prior to doing so. Of course I had to say something. I'm particularly sensitive to this because of a low immune system. Plus, in the day and age of COVID, the flu, a cold, and RSV, hand washing is one of the single most important ways to stop disease from spreading. Look. They handled food in plain view of the general public without washing their hands. What else is happening that is not being seen, going to the bathroom, or nose picking? Uh, uh. It's a NO, NOT EVER, for me.

Don't goto this dominos location. The cashier always looks mad and give aggressive looks. Poor service. I asked for peppers and it was thrown to me on the counter by the cashier. My pizza was cut in all different sizes and shapes. Also they don't use gloves or wash hands in between serving customers and making pizza. Very unprofessional.

Very good customer service, helpful & understanding, fast delivery service. My family and I always order with this dominos location. I placed a order and turned out they were already closing for the night, but thankful the workers and delivery driver care for the customers, they accepted my order... thank you DOMINOS PIZZA , YOUR DOING A AWESOME JOB ??
