The environment was really nice and so was the whole fast food place it felt very clean. The cashier was super patient and nice and made sure that we had our exact order that we wanted. We had a lot to order but she stayed patient with us the whole time. The food came out pretty quickly and was delicious. You can see them cook your food right in front of you. They have peanuts that are free and you can eat while waiting and a soda fountain. This is making five guys one of my favorite restaurantsParking: Was able to park right outside and there was a lot of available parkingKid-friendliness: There's crayons and small index sized cards where you can color and put it on the wall. Very kid friendly

I've gone to this Five Guys location twice now, and both times they messed up the ingredients on my Cheeseburger despite them being listed correctly on the receipt. Considering the primary appeal of Five Guys is being able to customize the ingredients, I think it's disappointing and borderline unacceptable to get those ingredients wrong multiple times in a row.

I'm generally a big fan of five guys, but this was absolutely terrible!Read the other reviews - it's totally ok to speak Spanish amongst co-workers. That is totally fine. It is not fine, when a customer asks you something in English, you look at each other speak in Spanish and giggle and then respond in a rude way in English. THEY ARE MOCKING CUSTOMERS.For one thing - I order on DoorDash and go in there when they say my order is ready and he has no clue who I am. I SHOW HIM MY PHONE.He then asks me my name. I say my name, AND SHOW MY PHONE WITH MY NAME ON IT.He again comes to me AND PRONOUNCES MY NAME REAL SLOW.I say, yeah that's me.He then STARTS MAKING MY ORDER. And this was just two Fries! What was he doing all this time?!?!Couple of other people walk in and he asks "Take out, sir?"I got none of that manners. NO PLEASE, NO THANK YOU. NO THING.Not for me. For others yes.Finally I get the fries and the Cajun Fries is NOT FULLY COOKED and VERY LITTLE CAJUN.I literally can taste RAW POTATOES.I already drove back so couldn't drive back and return it and deal with their BAD MANNERS.Tldr; SKIP THIS and go to PACIFIC COMMONS instead.

Five guys is always enjoyable but expensive. I don’t think I’ll get bacon again because the way they cook it it’s just gross. They fish it out of a fry basket that’s hanging on a metal bracket one little piece at a time. Why don’t you try just tossing it on the grill and putting a couple whole pieces on a burger that would be more appetizing.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, hot dog and Cajun fries. Burgers were just a blob of flavorless meat. Mind you had all the fixings. Hot dog was ok it passed but for 8 bucks I should of went across to Costco, really. The burgers were wrapped so tight the buns were flat and it was just a smashed burger. I know it's custom to throw in extra fries into the bag but this server kept throwing in so much fries it was exaggerated and unnecessary. They were barely warm and one can only tell that they had been in the holding bin for a while already. Not freshly made at all. Had to throw out most of the food. Such a disappointment. Paying $44 bucks for mediocre prepared and tasteless food. SMH
I place my order online and the website is very user friendly it gives you so many opponents to make sure that your hamburgers made the way that you want even then they still made mistakes but as far as the flavor of the hamburger it was very bland. The fries we plentiful and loved the Cajun fries. Tip for the gal that helped me. when a customer says they are early please listen instead of pointing out the reason order isn't ready is cause it's not time yet ;) by pointing it out on ticket

Five Guys is one of the few non-drive through burger places that I would bother to have a burger. My colleague and I found this location through Yelp. The ordering of the food (made to order burgers) was easy and fast.We didn't have to wait too long for the reliably good double, bacon, cheese burgers, fries and shakes! The only comment was have about this location is that it's small!...I've been to McDonald's play areas bigger than this location! Also, the outside seating area, as one does on a beautiful Bay Area day, you're stuck listening to Starbucks drive through customers!I can hardly fault the staff or the food for the poor real estate situation but one should know this about the location.
