Over priced, ordered take out when they brought it out they just set it on a counter and didn't bother to let me know it was ready.

I finally went here to check out the food after all these years. Apparently they changed owners and prices have gone up which is to be expected after the pandemic and rising costs. What brought me in was seeing a picture of their beef chow fun and positive words and big portions given by reviewers. So I walk in to order and wanted to pick a second dish as well. I asked the Asian guy who took our order what he thought of the salt and pepper ribs. He looked confused so I asked again. Same reaction and he asked his fellow Asian lady worker to come over. I ask her the same question and she gave a generic yeah as in everything good response and seemed annoyed. Anyways, I order that plus the beef chow fun. When the food was ready for carry out, I was waved over and she was more pleasant in her goodbye so I let it all slide. So my anticipation was pretty high and finally we'll get to see if any good at home. Portions were regular and not huge in my opinion. Maybe better at the restaurant. I take a bite of the chow fun and was instantly disappointed. Lacking in flavor and mediocre at best. Not enough beef as well. Score C- and never again. Salt pepper spare ribs had ok flavor but was soft. Score B- or so. I really hoped they'd be good, but unfortunately was left wanting much more. There were folks in there dining that were non Asian at the time. Perhaps I picked the wrong dishes, but I will never return. If you're looking for authentic delicious chinese food, I cannot recommend based on what we ordered. Back to Hong Kong Cafe we go! Note I haven't done a review in some time so that says something!

Great Chinese Restaurant in terms of size n speed of service. Pricing is relative to size of serves. They also provide out catering services too. Only problem is 8pm kitchen closes.

Food was delicious and the staff are really friendly. They offer not only Chinese cuisine but also Hawaiian cuisine. We only dined on the Chinese food but it was so tasty and freshly made.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is a ground floor restaurant with no stairs and plenty of room to move around. They offer tables and booths for seating.

I got the beef with string bean. The beef is tender and the sauce is sooo good. Beans are crunchy and fresh. Amazing plating and delicious food :) This is a must come place for Chinese food!
Impressed by the quality and quantity for a very good price. It’s the classic American Chinese I was looking for. I’m coming back again to try their Salt & Pepper Fish Fillet, BBQ Chicken & Katsu Combo, Prawn w/ Hot Garlic Sauce, and Hot & Sour Soup.

Have been dining with Frannie for about fifteen years.I have never had a bad meal served to me.Try them, you’ll like them.Vegetarian options: Several dishes are all veggieParking: Parking available in the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Very roomy inside the store.
I like this place. The food flavor is actually rich and nice. The location is good. Plenty parking. The only thing is that the prices are pretty high but it makes sense with this economy.

I used to really like this restaurant for its good rice with shrimp, which they made now the rice looks like chicken food, all broken and overcooked, I hope they go back to their original rice because it is more expensive and very bad.
