They're doing a great job! Hand sanitizer available, staff are wearing masks, and the ice cream is so delicious! So glad this place has opened again! The fruit is so fresh and the staff show that they care! Thank you Frostie Rolls!
My fiancé and I discovered Frostie Rolls by accident one day while we were in Hayward, and we continue to come back. The place is pretty spacious with some awkward structures, but plenty of seating for customers. Parking can be a bit annoying since it is right in Downtown Hayward, but at least parking's free! I'm very happy with this addition to downtown Hayward, I love coming here. You order and pay upfront and then they'll call your name and you get to watch the show of them making your rolled ice cream. Afterwards you can pick toppings to add to the creation. My favorite has the been the PB&J, but they got rid of it! So I still need to find a new fave.
