This is a takeout place offering 'Gourmet burgers'. I found the burgers to be, well, OK. A step up from the normal big name fast foods but nothing out of the ordinary. Gourmet, is not the word that came to mind, however, the veggies were fresh and the burger was cooked to specification. The fries were good. Took a bit to get the order. My uncle got a burger and a hot dog. Same reaction to the burger but said the Hot Dog was really great. All in all, for two meals we paid about 40 bucks, that's about average, maybe high average, for two.

Food was decent for the price, not great. Employees were friendly. Everything was clean and pleasant.
The burger was great, but the chilli was a nightmare( by far the worst I've ever had) , and how do you fuck up french fries, but nail the burgers?, I left this place with so many questions. also I was ask by a stranger if I was looking for "fentanyl", not so much their fault that losers like that are around their parking lot, but damn! The city of Hayward with the help of BART are bringing the plague from sf, Richmond and Oakland, right outside our doors folks

I had a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a hot dog. All were super fresh! The meat in the burger was good and not overcooked. The condiments were great! I like their mustard. Not sure what is different there but it is very savory. It is true that if not consumed quickly the bun will likely get soggy but I have seen that with other burger places and it takes asking them to separate the bun for travel, which they will do if asked. The fries were so fresh and hot that you might get burned if not careful. The oil was fresh making them savory. Sure less salt. Sodium conscious folks will be happy. They include salt and ketchup. And the hot dog was actually a surprise. Very good quality! As for seating...there is not much, but it is still obvious that they have a lot of customers, as the ambiance is fast food with a bit of well thought out waiting...you get a remote buzzer for when your order is ready. All told, this is a much better burger than most places and while in and out burger is a good burger this one is better in 2 ways: the lack or long lines, and the customizations they give you.

Great burgers! Awesome flavor. Fast service. One of my kids didn't like his milkshake. Not enough vanilla flavor and too thick, according to him. My other kid loved his burger and fries. He also liked his Oreo cookie milkshake. My husband had a pineapple milkshake - meh. Not enough pineapple flavor. Hubby and I ordered chili cheese fries. They were Soooo good. Though, our portions of chili and cheese were way different. His order had WAY more chili and cheese. That was disappointing. The outdoor seating is limited. We found 1 of the 2 tables, available. The ground around the tables outside could use a major power wash. It would be a good investment to power wash the seating area once a week. Particularly since they just went through a remodel in recent months. By the time we got home, a short drive, hubby and I didn't feel so well. Those chili cheese fries gave us major indigestion . We felt so bloated, and hubby went running for the bathroom. But, we're over 40, so maybe we should have skipped the chili cheese fries. I felt like there should have been an employee saying to us, "Now, you know your old gut can't take those chili cheese fries"....LOL Again, burgers were awesome. Maybe we'll skip the chili cheese fries next time. I'll go back for the burgers.
