It's one of my favorite spots from my college days. You can always get some bacon cooked just right and French toast that's not too sweet but just right.

Food is okay. Service is okay. Skip the waffle. Not crispy. Not fluffy. Just dense and kinda spongy.

Love the no frills breakfast shop. Exactly the kind of place I wanted to be for my classic American breakfast. I love that this place, of all the ones I looked into in the area, lets you order one french toast piece! Because that's exactly what I wanted along with a short stack of pancakes and eggs. The pancakes were simple and semi-fluffy - reminded me of what I'd get at Denny's. The french toast was perfectly delicious and just the right amount of eggy. I had orange juice which definitely was from concentrate.Although there weren't a full house of patrons on the weekday morning I visited, it was still quite busy. I was a bit disappointed that I had to find my own hot sauce since the lady working was chatting up a seemingly regular customer instead.Overall, my craving for a simple American breakfast was satisfied.

Small diner in Hayward right next to the freeway entrance. Parking is small but it's fine.I really enjoy coming here for their waffles. The butter that they put on there is so good! Service is quick and friendly. They have specials on the weekdays which we haven't tried. We had the chicken fried steak and it was nice and tasty, I just wish I had more gravy. They kept checking on us and we left feeling very full and satisfied with our meals.

I'd say this place is a perfect example of "don't judge a book by its cover". Because when I came here my initial impressions were that I wasn't expecting much. But the service was good and the food was good. The only thing I'll say is it's really small so seating could be an issue on weekends or if you have a big family.
It is a No Frills Diner, decent portions, got a Half Pound Cheeseburger with a Sesame Seed Bun with fries.Fries weren't hella greasy or old, and their salt was perfect when combined.$12.Really ?Anyone who gives them a bad review is pretentious and it is Snooowing..Including 8 years old Kit Reviewer, here, haha. The service was warm and went the added mile.Tipped $3.Bathroom is not New York and is open.Shall be back regularly...I came back to Alameda County just got places like this.Let's support these business before everything is The Counter Burgers and The Habit, Sooollldddd Out.

One of my favorite diners to eat breakfast, The food and service here is great, i highly recommend getting the country fried steak and eggs with hash-brown, it never fails to make me extremely satisfied and full. My fiancée and I will always be supportive of this great establishment.

We went there for breakfast while waiting for our pet across the street at Chabot Veterinary Clinic. It's a very old diner and the prices are on par with other breakfast options in the area. We had a meat lover's breakfast and a breakfast burrito. The meat lover's looked super dry and overcooked. My breakfast burrito was just ok; unfortunately they do not have any salsa to help spruce up the taste. Coffee was one of those old fashioned, potted, Folgers/Hills Brother esq coffee; it was like drinking water. Both of us did not finish our food. Service was old fashioned friendly though.

A little hole in the wall near the 580 entrance, but the food is great, and the people are attentive. Also a bit nostalgic for me because I went here when younger with my dad.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really friendly for people with difficulty getting around.
