Today I came to eat at this place, I immediately realized that the chicken was cold, I came and asked them to please make me another one. My surprise was that I saw that the manager grabbed one of the ones that they had cooked when they could do it on the moment and not put it in. to reheat in the oil my burger was full of

The food was hot and fresh the first time but there was not a lot of sauce or pickles on the Cluck. The second time there they did it much better. The wait time needs a little more work, but hey what are you going to do.

The cooks in the back don't know how to read English in a mobile order. Had to take my order back 3 times 1 day just to get sauce on my burger or chicken sandwich. Or to get the right kind of sauce. Or to get lettuce on it because they misheard "only sauce" and Idc how infrequent mobile orders are. If you mess up a order that many times in 1 day it's you that sucks at your deadbeat job. The manager was also rude too not being apologetic and blaming me for using the app. Whole staff minus maybe cashier needs to be reorganized.

Worst place of food. There was a ketchup packet inside the burger. They never give fresh food. The food tastes bad. They mess up the order or give wrong items. It is very disappointing.
