This location has it all, especially with the person who provided me with a 20-star customer service whose name is Alejandra. This person went beyond my expectations she was very pleasant as soon as I opened the main door, and the courtesy and her welcome made me feel very good. I even asked her for a particular smoothie that was not on the menu and Alejandra with a smile said, no problem we can make whatever you want.That was music to my ears and as soon as I told her what I wanted she made my smoothie and was super delicious.I have been to many smoothie locations in the Bay Area, but I don't remember when was the last time someone treated me with the service that Alejandra gave me. KUDOS to her because she is a great model on how a customer needs to be treated and be happy walking out of any location.This is my second time coming to this location and looking forward to coming more constantly now that we are getting warmer days and being able to enjoy a delicious smoothie from this particular location.

They don't ever answer their phone. Even on non busy days. I've been trying to call them for months it's beginning of 2024, they stopped answering phone calls last year mid year. Absolutely unacceptable.

A big fans of Jamba. But today’s experience is so disappointed. I ordered a 28oz fresh orange juice and requested not pulled out from the container that they pre made it. However, the team member still did it in front of me. And I want it from the machine. The team member said that’s fresh. I don’t know since when Jamba is not offer good service to customer. Not doing what they’re supposed to do.

I went to your Jamba juice this evening not quite sure what I wanted to order, Dylan was kind and considerate, and helped me decide even though I asked for substitutions after my order was placed. Came in on 9/923 at 4:30p, asked for a cup of ice. They said it was .25 cent. I got charged .50 cent. .. im like whatever.. I wanted it so I paid for it.. as I stood to the side so pour my tea into my cup of ice.. a lady walks in, asking for some ice.. as I watched the transaction, they gave her the ice and did not charge her.. so it made me think?? Was I wrong for asking to purchase a cup of ice? Or should I just have asked for it?

Carrot juice is not fresh an it's mixed with juice. They don't make it fresh for u, that's the whole thing about getting fresh juice they make it when u order. Not ANYMORE RIP OFFF
