They took my order and lost my order ticket when getting food ready. I was wondering why everyone after me was getting served before I was and it wasn’t until 30 minutes passed and when I finally got back up to the register for a refund they told me that it was stuck in between a bunch of trays. Prior to me going up to the register I had already mentioned to them if My order was ready because two other people after me had already received their food and all I had ordered was a sandwich.Went on my lunch and didn’t even get to eat and got flagged for coming back late. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’ve heard a lot about Jollibee’s chicken which did not disappoint. Juice and fried to perfection. I love that when you order a two piece that it is a leg and a thigh. I also had the spaghetti. I know that it is a Filipino comfort food from childhood (I’m not Filipino) but I did not care for it. I’m not knocking it as I have no point of reference to compare it to. The mango peach pie was excellent!

This place is solid. I went there to try the chicken sandwich as I've heard great things about it but they were sold out. We got the chicken tenders and the fried chicken and they were really good. French fries were little below average, (Way too thin) but I guess it's a chicken spot so it is what it is. The only chicken tenders I've found so far that were better than Jollibee are from chick-fil-a. Just my opinion as not everybody will agree with it.

We went there after going to the mall to shop for my kids. It wasn't too busy. We didn't have to wait too long for a table. The food was great, my kids like it. They are picky eaters, so it's great to find places that they can eat together.

First time there and the guy at the counter knew limited English. I had to keep repeating. Got a cup of gravy,no mashed potatoes. They only have thighs and legs. The chicken was decent, but not worth all the hype. I enjoyed the peach mango hand pie.

Everything was delicious ?. I was very disappointed that they didn't have spicy chicken. The only reason I stopped here was because I was told they have great spicy chicken. I'll definitely be back when the spicy returns.

Is a Filipino fast food chain. If you miss Filipino style chicken and gravy sauce over rice and you're too lazy to cook, the food here will hit that cravings

Oh Jollibee! I wish I was at the one in Cagayan de Oro, but as an American, I guess I'm Jolly I can Jollibee at all. I thought maybe they would be decorated for the holidays but they were not. The one item on the menu that surprises me is the adobo rice. Everything else is the same as a location in the Philippines. I may be wrong on that one but I didn't see it offered out there. This location doesn't seem as ran through as the Union City location. They still run out of food items here, too, but it was like that in the Phils too.Parking: An ocean of parkingWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair entrance available.
The spaghetti was a different experience. The sauce was on the sweet side and I loved the hotdogs. The chicken was crispy but moist. The peach and mango pie was flaky and moist. Overall it was a good experience.

Jollibee was good to me! The chicken was seasoned and spicy! With a punch! They place little flags to let you know! The gravy was so good and the rice. All in all for the price it was pretty good. Served hot and tender give them a try you won't be dissatisfied.
